I'm feeling very good, I can do all the things we do at home, at 5 weeks I started the treadmill for 10 min cus my back hurts, but I walk more time each day. Now i
At 6 weeks I did squats and some dumbbell exercise for my arms, now, after my works outs I feel very good with no pain or discomfort :) .
I'm thinking that I gain weight cus of not being active, and being at home made me eat more :( but now that I can move better I'm back to the gym, I will try to do some cardio at 7 weeks. I'm still wearing my binder cus it helped me to support my belly and feel secure, I can't be out of the binder yet, doctor said that k don't need to wear it all day, but I still used all day and my swelling is very low, some of the ladies said they feel pregnant, my swelling doesn't make my belly with a bump. I'm focus in eating healthy to keep all this TTuck fit always I don't want any extra fat on me, but it is hard, but all we went tru I have to keep being active but I have this thing I'm always hungry wants to eat all day :( it's hard... I'm in the flat side now and healthy habits will help trying so hard :). I don't like my strech marks that's why I don't post pic of my belly but this is for sharing and helping other women see the results of the ttuck

Your tummy looks great! I did the same thing when I was at your stage, between 3-7 weeks I felt like I was constantly hungry. I would eat a meal and 3 hours later I would feel like I was starving again! It seemed like it was worse at nights when I knew I shouldn't eat again, so I would eat something really healthy then go to bed. I even tried drinking a lot of water and that helped some times. Weird huh? I'm one that feels pregnant in the afternoons from swelling. Its because my tummy is so swollen it feels very tight like when I was 8 or 9 months pregnant. When I look in a mirror it's still pretty flat. It's just cause my skin and muscles are so tight. Glad your finally out of the "ugh" stage and able to work out and get back to normal life :) happy healing

Earlier in your review you mentioned you ate your homemade chicken noodle soup right after post op and no constipation issues. I made some with regular sodium broth, then realized that prob wasn't a good idea, so made some more with unsalted and a tiny bit low sodium soup. So I will have both. Anyhow, was your's full sodium broth or low sodium? Thanks!

I did low broth, I want to have some flavor in the chicken soup, I only eat that for 3 days but after that I was done with chicken soups and I will eat grill chicken or food with regular flavor to feel better like normal but not grease food

I'm feeling vey good, I'm happy that I can walk like normal, not thinking in my weird walking any more :) I can walk faster not like an old lady any more... I went out with some ladies to eat and they didn't find anithing anormal on me :) .... Yes!!! I made it with out telling the world I need to fix my ugly belly... :) so happy to wear clothes and being Flat no worries any more !!
I have a very bad skin, I can not gain weight cus my skin will strech immediately :( so after TTuck I still have strech marks so I'm using lotions to help to reduce them, I'm a 125 lb and I can't wear a bikini :) and I have only 2 kids (6 pounds babies) and still develope ugly strech :( I did use lotion all my pregnancies but no good luck. I'm thinking to prevent strech marks is to try to eat very healthy and to try to have a small belly, I didn't have strech mark until the 8 months that is when the babies grows faster so a small belly will help I guess!!
PUBIC HAIR after TTuck : I did bikini wax at European wax center 6 times before my TTuck, but I love it, it doesn't grow hair in my moms any more and I was a monkey, if u see my pic 3 weeks after still no hair grow so I don't have to worry about ingrow hair or shaving, and when u do the wax is fast, It takes 3 months for my hair to grow and it's only all the bottom, no morehair at the bikini area and every time I have less hair.. Just giving some information to the ladies having TTuck in their plans. In my pic I don't have hair, is cus the result of waxing, I don't have prety skin there but just sharing that :)... And Kristie tips helps me to made it :)

wow!! You look great! I don't think there is much you could have done to prevent getting the stretch marks , it depends on your skin type. Or either going to get them or your not. I got them bad. And my tummy looks just like my moms tummy, stretch marks in the same areas and belly button all saggy and sad... Anyway, you look great!! So tiny!! I'm 6weeks post now and I can't wait until I don't have weird tummy muscle feelings anymore and the swelling is constant now :( I'm swollen all the time :/ I need to start eating healthy again. Only veggies and lean meats and see if that helps.

WOW- you look ammmmmmmmazing! Such a tiny waist - who cares about the stretch marks! You should definitely rock out a bikini girl! I'm considering doing a groupon for laser hair removal (around $250 for like 4 sessions I think), as I'm a big ol baby about the waxing lol. But, may consider waxing if it's alot cheaper. Anyhow, just wanted to tell you that your 3 week post op pics are insanely beautiful. Be proud of that tummy!

Totally agree with you on the waxing. I did it once and thought I was going to die. Lol. I'll shave.

I like the suggestion of chicken soup. Having it ready when you want it.
