Dr Gill and his staff are wonderful. Everything went smooth and as explained with zero surprises. I am very pleased with my results so far. Today marks 1 week post op. I can't wait to see my final results and will start planning my next procedure(breast lift). I would highly recommend Dr. Gill as he is highly skilled and qualified.

I weighed 179 day of procedure and I weigh 168 today. I weighed about 245 about 7 years ago and lost weight but had the sagging belly.

Just wanted to say that I initially was having female issues & needed a hysterectomy. Well, after researching info on the hyster, I found that there were some that were able to get the hyster/tummy tuck combo. I've always wanted a tummy tuck but never would have done it as a separate surgery. This worked out perfectly. I then set out to find the perfect GYNO/PS combo. I saw several Gyno's & another PS. I just couldn't find the perfect duo until I had consults with Dr. Syal & Dr. Gill. Both had excellent reviews and I was actually able to talk to a couple of their patients via REALSELF. I had consults with both in June & scheduled my surgery for July 31st. I spent 2 nights in the hospital and have no complaints with any of the staff as I was treated very well by all. I had issues with constipation & not being able to urinate from the anesthesia & pain pills but once home, I switched to xtra strength Tylenol. Not gonna lie, the pain is there but I don't like the side effects. I was also experiencing migraine like headaches and horrible acid reflux from the antibiotics but once I told Dr. Gill's office, they called in a new prescription and all those issues went away. I wear my binder pretty much 23.5 hours a day(only take it off to shower). I think the areas that were lipo'd are just as painful as the incision area. I'm really looking forward to taking these drains out on my follow up visit (keeping my fingers crossed).

Mine were draining less than 20 cc/ml per day each. I was logging the drainage daily. The nurse stated that I did not have much drainage throughout. Not really sure why as I do see where others have much more drainage. The main issue with taking drains out too early when they are draining 20+ CC per day ea is the possibility of developing a SEROMA and that is not something anyone would want to have as I've seen pics of others on here that have developed them. I did ask where the little drainage I was still having would go and the nurse said the body can absorb it. Be patient, I know they are a pain in the rear!

Omg that's exactly what I was saying to myself how is it possible a lot of these girls there ps take there drains out within a week my ps is all about safety I saw him yesterday my drains where under 25 cc could u believe when I got there one of them went up to 30 cc I was laughing b/ c I couldn't believe my eyes but he told me that's go u letting out all that fluid u Just gonna get even thinner just what I thought also

The nurse put gauze and tape where the drain sights were. This evening they were soaked. She said to put a maxi pad over the drain sites when I got home because they would continue to drain for a few days. The holes kinda hurt a bit too. Oh well, I'm on the down stretch.
