I just got mine done on the February 5th a week...
I just got mine done on the February 5th a week today. I got my flanks, bra fat area and my stomach done ( which wasn't bad, but I was already getting my back done so why not) my biggest problem is the back fat. I'm a skinny girl 5'8" 145 pounds with back fat. I hate it I have two kids youngest being 4 and every since I had him it's been tough trying to get rid of the back fat.
So I opted for smart lipo. I'm not sure if I'm having regrets or I'm being impatient. I Feel like I've fallen into a depression because I'm not seeing the results I want. I mean there is change but I was hoping for something more drastic. I think my belly has gotten worse and it wasn't much of a problem there to begin with. One day it's hard and today is flabby looking.
I haven't got out the bed in two days. I don't want to look myself. But I just took the garment off to wash it and shower. After getting it done it becomes like an obsession every time I take my compression garment off, I'm expecting to see something different and I don't. I got the procedure done last Friday and went in for my post op appointment on the following Monday February 8th the doctor (which is awesome she's the sweetest lady ever ) said I was looking good and it takes 3 to 6 months to see actual results.. I'm planning on going back this coming week to her to try something called Venus freeze is supposed to tighten the excess skin after lipo, it helps with results and it's going to cost me another $900 just for my back. That's for 6 sessions. I don't want spend anymore money but I come this far I want to do all I can to achieve the look I want.
One more thing you should expect:
After the first 24 hours you can take a shower. Your stomach will look flat as heck! But the next day or two you will see it change. The swelling kicks in. It gets bigger hard and round. Your stomach will be sore for a minute ( I still am) but it's bearable. The next night after my procedure I went to a party at a club ( I didn't drink or dance, just had to show my face ). So it's not bad at all as far as pain goes. But I have a high pain tolerance. So it could it could be me
. I have noticeable tattoos and I don't want anyone to recognize me. I didn't tell anyone but my husband so I edit the pictures to hide my my identity.
To me day 5 got worse from day too. It looks like the rolls are coming back. Today is day 7 and I won't look in the mirror
