WORTH IT$10,000
I never recovered after having kids. Some of it was my fault (poor diet) some of it heredity (very fair, thin skin). I always wanted to have a tummy tuck and breast lift but was never brave enough to electively go under anesthetic to do so. Fast forward to 49 years old and needing to have a hysterectomy. I jokingly asked my Gynecologist if I could do a mommy makeover at the same time. He said absolutely, we do it all the time! I postponed my hysterectomy long enough to choose a plastic surgeon. As soon as I met with Dr Gill I knew he was the one. His staff was so helpful and caring and he was so attentive and patient as I asked a million questions. He and my Gynecologist got me scheduled for surgery and I have never been happier! It is truly life changing! I never knew how much the weight from my sagging breast and stomach were effecting my life until they were gone. I have no back pain anymore! I have gone from taking Advil several times a day to not at all! And I haven't mentioned clothes yet...OMG! Never knew there were so many choices out there! I can go in to any store and buy clothes right off the rack! No special order and hard to find sizes for me anymore! In fact, my first stop after I was released to wear regular bras again was to Victorias Secret! I have never been able to wear a pretty bra, only a functional sling shot. Not any more! I have so many pretty colors and styles, all with matching underwear too! Dr. Gill truly changed my life. I have since seen a dietician to help me with my bad eating habits so I never go backwards. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this for myself! Best decision ever! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Gill and staff!

what all did your 10k include

I think she's asking like for $10k, you had the breast lift, and the Timmy tuck, but did he do any lipo anywhere? Dr Gill usually does lipo of the flanks with all his tummy tucks.

Yes, breast reduction and lift, tt and Lipo. They offer a cash discount, otherwise I think it was closer to 12k

Was the 10K for Dr. Gill's discounted cash fee? Did it also include the extra time in the OR and the extra time for anesthesia or did you have to pay those separately?

Thank you for sharing your story with this community. I just wanted to clarify, did you really have your MM and your hysterectomy at the same time, as in, the same surgery?
October 27, 2015
Yes I did! Not the same surgery, just only went under anesthetic once. I was put under at 8 am and had the hysterectomy and then Dr Gill came in and did the mommy makeover. Took 6 hours total. Best thing I have ever done for myself!

I had no idea that was even possible. I'm so happy it turned out well for you. Congrats!

You look amazing! I'm working hard at losing a few lbs before I go for my MM in January. I almost opted to have my surgery in Houston (all my family still lives in Spring/Woodlands) but figured I would miss my son too much. So CA it is! Thanks for sharing your story and pics!
