I usually never right reviews good or bad, but I...

I usually never right reviews good or bad, but I felt that this was important for anyone looking to get lip injections around The Woodlands area. This was my first experience having anything done like this and I was very nervous about getting my lips done, because of all the horror stories. I called to have a consultation done with Dr. Mchugh to possibly get my lips done with filler. It just so happened that the day I called was the day they were having "injection day". Either way I had saved up enough for the full price so the discount did not make much of a difference. She asked if I wanted to come in that day, so I said yes considering I was pretty confident and excited about getting them done. However, I was not aware that I wouldn't be getting a consultation done or have a conversation with him about what I wanted. I waited at least 30 minutes for them to call me back, then an extra 20-30 minutes to have him come into the room. Only to have him tell me to sit in the chair, said a 5 minute speech about what he was going to do, numb my lips with an ice pack, then pulled out the syringe and started on my lips. He finished up, sat me up, said bye, and then walked out before I was able to look at myself in the mirror. My main issue, besides how terrible they look, is him giving me what he wanted instead of asking me what I wanted. Not everyone likes the same look. One side looks like it droops down compared to the other side and they each side looks different from the other. My smile still completely disappears when I smile except for now it has this goofy looking ridge on the top. The injection sites are still very noticeable and look like balls all around my mouth. It's all just very embarrassing. I waited 2 weeks before I called them back to see if I could have them fixed and to let them know how upset I was about the whole process. So at the second appt. he came in looking very annoyed that he was having to deal with me. He proceeded to give me the consultation and told me that I was told how things would go that day of my first appt., which I was NOT. He didn't once look or touch my lips to try to figure out how to fix them, he left the room and had his nurse squish around on my lips and sent me on my way. I was livid to say the least, considering the money that I had saved up for this went to waste and how bad my lips still look. I'm basing this off of my filler experience and can not say anything about the plastic surgery part, but I do know that I wouldn't recommend anyone going to him. It was all very unprofessional and I wouldn't want nothing, but top notch when it comes to my face or body.
