Coolsculpting is Worthless and Painful!

I meant to write this years ago, my sincere apologies to whoever I could've helped with their decision NOT to endure such a pointless and ridiculously expensive procedure. That money could have gone to my later tummy tuck and liposuction and without the pain. I hate how stupid the FDA is. Don't do it. Spas are also not experts, go to a plastic surgeon who will be more cautious and truthful; do research. To eliminate fat for good you MUST go under the skin and suck it out. All Coolsculpting does is pull you like some pork off a bone (with no pain meds) and it feels like the machine is clamping an organ for a whole hour! And thennnn...OMFG! While the "spa" "skin care" assistant watches you writhing in pain, she takes the heavy machinery that's hanging on your body and removes it then starts massaging that area which is raw and literally frostbitten, because it's been frozen (that's why it's called COOLsculpting, should be called CRUEL-sculpting) and it stings like hell, like I got shot for 15-20 minutes! Then you get to go home like nothing happened and feel fine until 2 days later you feel zaps all day for like 5 days and can't sleep. These offices are stingy with the pain pads and they are expensive to buy. The zaps are freezing and killing some fat cells but not that many. You won't lose more than half to a whole inch and the results wear off. That fat comes back and will even leave stretch marks from that pull at the office. Surgeons need to stop joining the bandwagon just to get money and educate patients with the truth. Real surgery for problem areas is waaaayyyyy less painful and actally saves money down the line, bringing you close to the results you want. I can't believe how deceitful people really can be to charge close to surgical prices when this crap does not even come close. Shame on them. I basically paid for their bs research cuz they still don't know what they're doing (or do they?!) Oh yeah, they are preying on peoples' hopes and finances, good people who just need a little help. I wish I had authority to ban this and some other fake cures. I paid to have my inner thighs, upper and lower abs and my arms done and it immediately just ruined my elasticity. Once again, DON'T DO IT. And if you do, you'll see what I'm talking about so hopefully you just do one area. My ass went crazy cuz I was desperate for a little help and didn't know my stomach muscles were just loose and so on. And they claimed they had the machine on the lowest setting. Such a time and money waster. And it can leave you uneven in your legs since they have to guess where to clamp on them when both legs are a little different. I was not an overweight person when I did this and still not. I had some areas that would not improve with exercise/diet but this crazy machine couldn't fix any of that.

I had it done on my stomach in 2006. It was painful due to the super tight clamps combined w/ excruciating coldness. The results were complete at about 6 weeks. I am pretty thin/average and I definetely noticed a difference. I got Zeltiq somewhere in Cocoa FL . . . I thought it was ridiculously expensive at the time, especially not knowing if it would work. If only it was that price now, I'd do it in a second!! I'm too poor and less impulsive now..... and realistically? The results just aren't dramatic enough (not dramatic at all really) to be close to worth what drs are charging. I'm pretty confident that none of the home kits could ever work b/c none of them clamp onto the fat.
