Went to yoga!
Hi, I've been to yoga twice since my deflation one week ago today. And it's amazing how wonderful it is to practice without my implants. I've never practiced before them and I had no idea! I literally feel so much lighter and when I went to do an eight point pose rather than full chataranga I was amazed because I didn't feel like I was going to face plant because my boobs were so huge and they didn't weigh me down! I am going to work towards putting the chataranga back into my practice. Feeling so great....
D Day!
Today was D day-I had my implants DEFLATED! I couldn't be happier....Dr. Rivela in The Woodlands Texas is my PS and he's great! This has been coming for a long time and I'm so excited.
I had this procedure done in the office and it took about 10 minutes. First he numbed the area (just a small sting) then used a large syringe to remove the saline. I had approximately 250cc's in each breast. It's been about two hours since the deflation and I'm just beginning to feel a bit of tenderness in my left breast. Dr. R said I can take Tylenol or Advil if needed.
I cannot express how excited I am to be almost back to my natural self! All photos taken today!

I've been following the journeys of so many...
I've been following the journeys of so many courageous women on this sight for more than a year now, and I've been wanting to remove my implants for even longer. It's nice to see and read stories just like mine. I found a great PS who told me about deflating in the office first and I was thrilled. I'm going on July 6th for the deflation and then will have my implants removed on August 3rd. I am sooo looking forward to having my natural breast back-saggy or not. I'm ready to embrace my natural self. More to come....
