I was a 34B (a very small B) and I have always wanted bigger breast. I did my research,had some consultations and I decided to go with Dr. Gill. He is a double certified surgeon and his work is amazing. His staff is so friendly and awesome. They will answer any question you have. He suggested 500CC under the muscle, Silicone, High Profile. based on the look I wanted. I am 1 month post op and I am liking how they are look.. Not to mention the scars are extremely good!! I highly recommend Dr. Gill

I was a 34B (a very small B) and I have always wanted bigger breast. I did my research first,went to so many websites looking at before and after pictures, had some consultations and I decided to go with Dr. Gill. He is a double certified surgeon and his work is amazing. His staff is so friendly and awesome. They make you feel welcomed.. They will answer any question you have. He suggested 500CC under the muscle, Silicone, High Profile based on the look I wanted. Surgery was on March 5th and it went easy..They called me the very next day to follow up on how I was feeling and after that they called 2 days later..I did have some concerns and they got back to me ASAP. I have been doing my massages as he suggested and they are dropping nicely. I am 1 month post op and I am liking how they are look.. Not to mention the scars are extremely good, and after applying some scar treatment they will probably be very very light. !! I highly recommend Dr. Gill!!

I did it about 2 weeks ago, but they are smaller now and I'm started thinking I should have done something bigger :( I did 320 cc anatomical implant, scars under the boobs, I'm 32C now, but they look bigger on picture than in real life!

My docteur is François Klersy in south of France, he's great and I'm happy with his work, he told me in the first place that 260cc will be small, so I agree to get 320cc but actually he was so right! I thought I couldn't get use to the change, but now I'm already ok, but well, I guess it's good like that, and still much better than before, I have a classic boob grief!
Well anatomical implant are in a tear drop shape, it's pretty good when you have loose some weight and that your boobs gets empty on the top.

can you post some pictures....I'm having my BA in May with him, just wanted to see cause I'm confuse on the size I want 450cc or 500cc but I'm sure he will let me know what looks good on me I have an appointment on May 15 to finalize my size and of course to pay in full ,so any pictures will help, thanks

hey girl. I would go ahead and get 500CC because once they go under they tend to lose a little bit of volume! 50cc is nothing. So def go with 500cc, you will not regret it! I am still dropping, so as they drop they get fuller and rounder... Here are my pics. I am 1 month post op already, this thurday will be 5 weeks and I go see him next Friday for my 6 week follow up. The scar pic I took about 5 days ago. they are healing super good. He's awesome

Thanks for the pictures, I showed him a picture on my first visit he says to get that look I would need UHP , so I'm still thinking before I make that decision ..450cc UHP or 500cc HP , I still have till the 15 of May till I see him but I trust him :-D oh what's your height and weight, I'm 5'7 and weigh 135 ..

Man, those boobs are perfect! When I think of 500cc inplants that sounds huge to me but they look great on you. What is your bra size? I have to have a lift also so I wonder how that would affect the size implant I choose. What is high profile? With a bra, I am a 34D. ONe breats is a D, one is a small C.

I was a small B and I think I will be a full 34D! High profile means more cleavage (upper pole fullness) and more pojection and they are also narrower. I was scared at first about going with 500CC but for the look I was going for that's what he recommended... ALso, based on my breast band width that was a good size. If you are already a D, you might not need 500CC, you may able to still get high profile but less CC's....are you going with Dr. Gill?

what is upper pole fullness? Yes , I will be going with Dr Gill when I am ready. I saw him twice before for a tummy tuck consult so we briefly talked about the breasts. He told I would need a lift but we got no further than that.

upper pole fullness mean you want your boobs to look fuller/rounder on top (more cleavage on top)....You will like Dr. Gill!

He seemed like he was always rushing with me. He was my least favorite personality wise. He is more affordable than the other 2 docs I saw. I like Dr Mchugh but he was a couple thousand dollars more.
