My implants were around 400cc. They were huge, and looked ridiculous on my body frame. I hated them almost from day one. However I kept them for around 10 years. My explant and anchor lift was in 2015. I'm now wearing a 38c bra. I have a broad back. It's almost 5 years since I had them removed. The scars have pretty much faded to nothing.

I thought I would update, as we rarely get to see the long term outcome of plastic surgery. Almost 5 years ago is a pretty good long term outcome. People normally review just after...then drop off the radar. I only happened to be on the site again, because I had a face procedure last August. I waited until January to write a review, because I wanted to give it a few months to see the true healed results. Reminded me to update my boob review! LOL
I agreed they totally look amazing. I just hope mine will turn out as good as yours.

Honestly, they look perfect. I would never have guessed that you had implants removed. I always imagine completely flat and saggy after explant because i have next to zero breast tissue. But you look completely natural and beautiful.
Thinking of doing explant too but afraid they will look like deflated balloons. I think yoyrs looks great!
why were there 3 cuts? was the Dr board certified? that looks like a botched job there should ONLY be one cut for removal was the Dr not board certified?
