2 weeks later - worth it!

Some of the color has come off, however as someone with zero eyebrows it's totally worth it! I still have to pencil in some of the color but at least I have something to work with now, so my brows have dimension. I am awaiting a touch-up appointment and I know that next time I will put Neosporin on my brows 3x a day as opposed to the 2x I was instructed to do. I wish I could have found more info on this procedure prior to having mine. The most important thing that I didn't realize was the healing process is long and you don't get your final results until after your brows heal from the touch up appointment, so like 2-3 months. Anyway, I'm happy!

Scabbing and fading

4 days after I got my microblading my brows started to scab up. A lot of the color faded away and the scabs were just hanging there. I feel like 2x a day of Neosporin was not enough. I couldn't leave the house without sunglasses and a hat. I was very upset and on the verge of a freak-out. I texted some pix to my girl and she informed that the color will fade, sometimes it comes back, but we'll take care of it at the touch-up appointment. I was under the impression that you get somewhat instant results if I went into this knowing that it would take 2 months for the final results I would have been prepared to be patient. A lot of the before and after pix online are not what you'll end up with. Apparently, your brows will change and fade within the first 7 days. I'm on day 9 and just started wearing makeup on my brows again. They look so much better, like they have dimension to them.

48 hours later

The redness has gone down today. I was brave enough to go out and be seen up close. It kind of looks like I left dye on my brows because they are a little dark for my face. No pain or itching. I keep blotting around the eyebrow because I am oily, don't know if that's going to help keep the pigment in but I don't want to suffocate the skin and prevent healing.
