No Longer Have Blonde Barely-there Brows - Woodland Hills, CA

2 weeks later - worth it!

WORTH IT$401
Some of the color has come off, however as someone with zero eyebrows it's totally worth it! I still have to pencil in some of the color but at least I have something to work with now, so my brows have dimension. I am awaiting a touch-up appointment and I know that next time I will put Neosporin on my brows 3x a day as opposed to the 2x I was instructed to do. I wish I could have found more info on this procedure prior to having mine. The most important thing that I didn't realize was the healing process is long and you don't get your final results until after your brows heal from the touch up appointment, so like 2-3 months. Anyway, I'm happy!

They look great! Thanks for sharing it all! I go tomorrow and I'm equally excited and nervous
Yeah, it'll be a roller coaster of emotions as they change. Good look and I hope you post your pix!
One of the best if not the best microblading jobs I have seen here. Very nice.
Wow. That's quite a compliment. Thank you :)
Looks amazing - I want to do it so bad, but i have very very little brow. So afraid I'll be all eyebrows afterwards. I would rather have too little than too much! I guess I'll just have to research who is most conservative in my area. Thanks for sharing your experience!
It's hard to pick someone you can trust with such an important part of your face. I asked my esthetician friend who recommended Carissa. If you know anyone in the beauty business, I'd ask them. Good luck
How about the next time you post photos, you stop using filters? If you can't show your real self on "realself.com", what's the point? It's clear that the first two pictures are natural and the next two are filtered. Dumb.
the only ones with the filter are my full face taken on selfie mode with my front facing camera. The ones that show the brows close up are not filtered.

Scabbing and fading

4 days after I got my microblading my brows started to scab up. A lot of the color faded away and the scabs were just hanging there. I feel like 2x a day of Neosporin was not enough. I couldn't leave the house without sunglasses and a hat. I was very upset and on the verge of a freak-out. I texted some pix to my girl and she informed that the color will fade, sometimes it comes back, but we'll take care of it at the touch-up appointment. I was under the impression that you get somewhat instant results if I went into this knowing that it would take 2 months for the final results I would have been prepared to be patient. A lot of the before and after pix online are not what you'll end up with. Apparently, your brows will change and fade within the first 7 days. I'm on day 9 and just started wearing makeup on my brows again. They look so much better, like they have dimension to them.

Pls don't panic! I can tell that when done they will be the right color.U r doing everything right! Really!!
You're right. It was a scary transition, so I couldn't help but panic. They don't look like how they did when I first got them, a lot of the color is gone, but they stopped scabbing and are healed now so I can color in the empty patches.

The redness has gone down today. I was brave enough to go out and be seen up close. It kind of looks like I left dye on my brows because they are a little dark for my face. No pain or itching. I keep blotting around the eyebrow because I am oily, don't know if that's going to help keep the pigment in but I don't want to suffocate the skin and prevent healing.

I'm 8 days in & mine aren't even that settled :*)
Two days after I posted this they actually scabbed up and a lot of the color faded! but seems to have come back for the most part.
