Thank you! I have only one little spot that feels a little hard near my belly button. But nothing to bad. I think that underneath the skin might be bruised still because it feels a little tender but not really bad

Same here im a month out and the area near my flanks were bruised the most internal and external. Just reading online wondering hardness is normal?
I self massage but wondered if you had any noticeable hardness.

It looks amazing. What do you mean about working on tightening your skin though? How do you do that? Is it another treatment you are doing? Ihad coolsculpting done but I have some looseness around my belly button now that the fat is gone. I go to the gym and do ab exercise but that does nothing for the skin.

I bought a cream too from Strivectin. What kind are you trying and do you think it is wrkg? The place I went has a machine too that I am going to try Im guessing it's a laser but not sure . I am going to find out though. The dr said it's $200 for a treatment. Is that about what you were told for laser?
