Hello everyone! I’m back at it again, trying out another nonevasive fat melting procedure. I had previously done one session of cool sculpting in April 2017 and was very disappointed. You can take a look at my previous reviews if you’re interested.

A lot has changed in a year I started weightlifting more so I put on about 12 pounds of muscle. I weigh more on a scale but I definitely look better in the mirror which is why I am here again! I am not going to get lipo suction and I need to do something about my stomach.

The procedure itself is quicker then Coolsculpting, it is 25 minutes and it alternates between hot and cold. The nurse told me it was 25 seconds of hot and 10 seconds of cold something like that. It goes pretty quick and I was able to listen to music on my phone but the nurse was very friendly so we did chat about some things. I think it was more uncomfortable than cool sculpting but the after effects are better. I do not have the feeling of pins and needles, there is no numbness, and so far no swelling. One of the most annoying things about recovering from cool sculpting was the swelling.

The doctors office suggested 3 to 4 treatments, I protested at four treatments. I will keep you all posted!

I had Sure sculpt conducted May 17, 2018 also which was my first treatment after having a mini tummy tuck and Diastasis Recti on October 17, 2017. Today I am very swollen. I am hoping the swelling will go down soon.

Oh sorry I read your last comment first so disregard my question! How did they put the squares on your stomach? I did two on each side of my belly button and I don’t have any swelling. Did you notice the swelling right away or did it progressively swell?

They put the squares on me the exact same way and I tolerated the highest setting. I noticed the swelling later that evening.

No I’m still pretty much the same. The tenderness has gone away also.

I can't wait to see your 12 week before and after pics! Thank you for comparing the two treatments, I was curious about that.

Usually around the four/five-week mark you start to see some action! (In Coolsculpting) I’m at 4 weeks now and I’m not seeing any action! I’m also impatient haha

I just want to add that a lot of the reviews on this and the girl who did my procedure said that your stomach would hurt like you did 100 crunches. It doesn’t feel like that at all because when you do crunches it’s your muscles that hurt. My skin is tender and the massages feel weird but still so far so good. Still feeling better than Coolsculpting.
