Been cleared to swim, exercise and I can walk a lot more. Have way more energy and I'm not getting as winded as I was. Surgery really takes a lot of you!! I think being as fit and active as I was prior to surgery and the 100 lb weight loss really helped my fast recovery!

3 Weeks Post-Op
Things are going great! I had my drains out very quickly which was a relief and I'm taking it day by day. Some days you have more energy which is dangerous cause you think you can do so much, but then you pay for it!
Prior to the surgery my lowest weight was 137 and my highest 235. I gained back 20 lbs and was at 157. I worked my way back down to 148 before the surgery. I have been buying some new clothes, but everyday my body is changing. So it is difficult to know your true size. I was wearing a size 10 before surgery. Now I am back in my size 6 Express jeans! Down from size L/XL in panties to S/M.
I even bought a new swim suit - a bikini! For the first time in my life I am going to wear a two-piece to the pool!
That being said, the road to recovery hasn't been that bad in terms of the tummy tuck. The liposuction hurts more and is painful the first 2 weeks. Currently, my abdomen just feels tingly sometimes and numb sometimes. The right side of my abdomen and belly button seems to hurt a bit more, but I haven't had to really take anything even OTC drugs.

Your results are amazing! Dr. Rocheford is doing my MM next month and I’m getting pretty nervous/ excited about it. Seeing your results makes me glad I went with her .
