I am 49 years old and have hated my saddle bag thighs since I was a teenager weighing 120 lbs. OF course they've grown with age and weight gain. But they've always been there. My inner thighs rubbed together making it hard to wear shorts because they would bunch up in the crotch. During my consultation, I had three areas quoted separately: Thighs (inner and outer), Lower abdomen and flanks. After discussing with my husband and sister, I decided to do all of it. The thighs were always my biggest concern, but once those were gone I would likely regret not having all the rest of it gone too. Prior to surgery I lost 15 pounds as I didn't want to view this as a weight loss solution but rather body contouring. Well, I am AMAZED at the results. I was never even after a bikini body, but I actually do wear a bikini now. Crazy! This body transformation has done wonders for my self image. Buying clothes has been a blast. And believe me, I need all new clothes. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 or 8. I lost 12 lbs from surgery in all the right places. I am very happy and wish I would have done it sooner! So... having said all that: I will say that recovery was no joke. I'm happy to talk with anyone about what to expect, because it was more painful and lasted longer than I imagined. Perhaps having fewer areas and less quantity removed would not be as bad. I had 12 liters removed during surgery (fat and liquid) from my torso and legs. It was a lot. I'm not saying this to discourage anyone, because it's totally worth it. But just know that dramatic results do not come with an easy or fast recovery.

Dr. Rocheford is wonderful! She makes you feel very comfortable and natural in talking about your body flaws, which can feel awkward. You definitely get the feeling that she wants to HELP you look better and feel more confident about your body. In my follow up visits, she was as thrilled and excited about the results as I was! To be honest, I didn't expect such dramatic results, maybe because I was too afraid to expect too much. But I told her in our final follow-up visit that she's truly a sculptor and I am absolutely amazed. This is far more than I ever expected. I highly recommend Dr. Rocheford. She really understands a woman's body and will make sure you look amazing.
