I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out!

So I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on Tuesday of March 12 2019 and it is now Day 5 of March 17 2019. My extraction sites look like they are healing but I am not sure. The top left of my extraction site is still in pain and there is a little area of redness next to it, so I am not sure if it is an infection or not. This is the only area that still hurts on my face. I have no swelling, no pus coming out or bad breath. I have been on antibiotics and Ibuprofen for 3 days and today when I take them will be my 4 day. I have been doing the salt water rinse for 5 days already. I have been brushing my teeth gently for 5 days. Also on the second day when I started the salt water rinse, Some of the salt water went through the top left extraction site and came out through my nose, so I’m not sure if that might be the cause for pain or not. So if any doctors could help me solve this mystery I wold very much appreciate it. My two questions are: 1). Is the top left infected? And 2). Is all of my wisdom teeth extraction sites healing normally?
