It's Been 5 Days and I'm Spooked

so last wensday i got 3 wisdom teeth removed, on the bottom left my stitches are already moving around(are they suppose to do this) and on top of that there is still a hole in the left side and its having extreme pain i do not smoke so i know its not dry socket i think the doctor botched my stiches bc the other side looks fine i have an appointment thursday but if my cheek scars like this im going to freak out,i have 2 tylenol 3 left prescribed from the dentist but it wont last till the next appointment
