Actually feel really bad for writing this reveiw. My result wasn't the best but been to see Mr Jones today. Feel so bad for writing this because today he was so nice to me an helping me sort out my problem, Ihave been horrible tohim but truthfully he was lovely today an goingto help xx

Hi what do people think this " good result" this is what has been done to my nose after rhinoplasty but apparantley so it is a good result and I will have to live with.last year I parted with 3 years of savings for an operation to refine nasal tip and correct hanging collumella. I patiently waited a full year before I brought this up with my surgeon. My nose has scarred terribley and my nose has doubled in size. These are my before and after pictures. As you can see in my eyes I have been extremely upset, not slept and losing the will to carry on. I don't have no way of having this fixed I have seen 3 doctors all told me my nose has scarred internally and has alot of problems. But the doctor who did it has said that its a nice result. I am going through solicitors at the minute but any opinions would be so highly appreciated because I need to prove to my surgeon that I am not seing things. He is trying to make out that I can't see it correctly because he does not want to fix it. Is this a nice nose and a good result 13 month post op. I no how bad all those pictures of me are but I am that upset on all of them I haven't slept and on medication to help.I have so many pictures that I have taken in the past six months it swells up that much and I would of thought a surgeon would be want to see these pictures but mine simply doesn't care.

I just want to say you're still very pretty and I know this procedure is so stressful. I think it will help if you want people to be able to see what's going on if you put clear straight-on and profile photos of the new nose...it can be hard to tell what's going on if the camera is at a low angle. Wishing the best for you...hang in there.
Hi there, I had my nose done by Mr Jones 2 year ago. I didn't have a long nose but it was broad. I asked if I could have the smallest nose he could do to make it worth while. Whilst the result was ok - there is a bump on the bridge which wasn't there before and my nose is shorter (but not slimmer). I had a terrible recovery in that my bruising and swelling was so bad I looked like I had been in a car accident. This wasn't Mr Jone's fault though - this is just how I must heal. I gave it 2 years to settle but I am not completely satisfied with my nose but I believe there are limitations in what can be done. I had an eyelid reduction and chin implant put in and they were amazing. Mr Jones is a very professional Doctor I have no doubt in that, but I believe he is conservative in how he alters someones face. It is difficult to see your nose as you are taking the photographs on angles - can you do a straight on photograph? I feel for you I really do, my friend went to another Doctor down South and hated her outcome and she has regretted it ever since. Did Mr Jones take before and after photographs?
