HOLY COW...what did I just do???
Just signed up to my first 1/2 marathon, the Disney Princess in February! Here's the kicker....I HATE HATE running!!! On a better note I am officially 12 weeks post op!
12 Weeks on Monday!
I had my last massage and a post-op appt. with my PS. He said everything looks good and I have no restrictions as far as physical activity is concerned. So I have decided to run my first half marathon! I will be running Feb 21st 2014 in the Disney Princess Half. I must be CRAZY! I have started training slowly. Goggled and goggled! He has some great reviews and I love his before and afters. I went to a few consultations and he just felt like the best for me and my needs. He didn't try to "up-sale" like other Doctors did.
