Do NOT Go Here!! - Winter Park, FL

I went to this office initially because I located them from The Real Self for SmartLipo. I went to the office for a consultation where I met with a Coolsculpting representative who informed me their office no longer performs SmartLipo. After she decided that I was an ideal candidate, I went in for treatment on my upper and lower abdomen, lower arms, and bra fat areas totaling $3800. I was sent home that day saying that I should be fine, prescribed no medication, and was sent on my way. I felt a slight discomfort the first week after the procedure but the following week I was in complete agony! My stomach and arms literally felt like they were on fire! When I called the office to ask about the severe pain I was told that it wasn't normal and to apply heat to the area. Heat on an area that already feels like it's burning??? Makes absolutely NO sense. I finally was able to get a hold of a nurse at Dr. Hartog's office and was given Gabapentin. It did nothing for me and I took it religiously. I was unable to move for roughly a week and a half and called the office constantly with no concern or customer service. When I returned in February of 2016 and comparison pictures were taken, my stomach had actually gotten bigger! My lower stomach was completely deformed and the Coolsculpting representative offered me a discount for additional treatments. A discount??? I wanted and requested a refund! Which never came as she stated that I needed to wait additional months for results. I will also add that I exercise regularly and maintain a very good diet. I was so disappointed with their service and would never recommend that anyone attend this office. It actually affected my self-esteem as I continued to look worse than prior to the treatment. It's unfortunate that their office doesn't take pride in their work or care about the concerns of their patients.

If you are in the Central Florida area and want any cosmetic surgery done by a complete professional, please go to Dr. Roger Bassin. You will be much better off and satisfied with his work. His office was able to correct my mistakes at an affordable price and their customer service was excellent!
