Finally feeling better!

$5,000
I finally started feeling like myself again yesterday. I thought it would never happen. I'm still sore but I can go on about my day without too much pain. I was actually able to do a half hour on the elliptical today and some leg workouts.

I tried sleeping on my back or my side last night instead of reclined and propped up on this pillow thing with arms I bought, but it wasn't comfortable yet. So, I slept the way I have been the last week.

The nerve pain has almost completely subsided. Morning boob is still a bit painful. I have difficulty stretching my left arm above my head, still feels tight. The new additions are also stiff, but I'm allowed to start massaging them. It feels good to squish them together lol. Doesn't feel as good to push them up and down though. My dr also recommended lying flat on the floor for a few seconds at a time. I haven't done that yet, still too sore for that, and it kind of freaks me out. Anyway, I'll add some updated pics. Finally had the energy today to put on my old swimsuits. I'm loving them!! I wouldn't change a thing!

I'm not sure what size I will end up being. I went to try on some bras the other day but nothing fit right yet. For now I'm wearing zip front Victoria's Secret sports bras, an underwire sports bra that I pulled the wire out of and a soft padded buckle in the back sports bra from target. I'm thinking I will end up a full 34C or 32D, which is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. So, so far I'm very happy.

Who was your Dr? Your results are what I'm looking for right after post-op. I'm not too far from Winter Park.

Difficult recovery

Is anyone having as much trouble as I am trying to recover from this?? I can't get rid of this horrible burning sensation in the left side boob area. I've tried icing, gentle massaging, a loser fitting bralette, gentle arm stretching, etc. It just doesn't seem to be getting any better. My incisions look great too. No redness, swelling, oozing. I've heard of the zingers, but this seems to be more of a constant burn. This is very frustrating.

I meant to write *looser fitting bra not loser lol
I had some pretty frustrating nerve pains in my left breast. The right one was a perfect patient! This lasted for a few months but now has subsided completely. I wouldn't be too worried so long as everything else is normal, but make sure with you PS. Hope this helps!
Thank you. My post op is weds. I'm definitely going to mention this pain! I put the more supportive sports bra back on and it seems to be helping.
I'm glad you found something to make it more comfortable!
Thank you :-)
I still have numbness around my right breast. Zingers on the left. The left shoulder pec attachment goes into spasm in the mornings. I've injured it in the past. It's always been my problem shoulder with workouts so I have a feeling there's old scar tissue that is being stretched to accommodate the implants. I do find my nipples are super sensitive and they just don't calm down ..... lol. With no padding in the bras I'm always showing throw my tops.
