I think they look great!
Great outcome. How about the pain, has it gone away by now? And how does it feel?
I think they look awesome! My arms look like your before arms! Go September 16th for my first consult! I am so ready to stop flapping! I was hoping to do arms and breast reduction lift first then lower body lift with inner thigh lift! I have lost 80lbs ans look saggy baggy!
Looks great can you post recent pics??

I second that emotion! Keep on healing, take your time!
Thank you.
Your arms are looking good. Dr g also did my tummy tuck with Lipo in July. He really is great. I originally went to him for the arm lift but chickened out. Lol. I will check in on you to see how you're coming along. I may rethink this. Keep up the good healing.
Thanks for the words of encouragement lol. My husband thinks my incision/scar looks ugly. He says he doesn't like it. I asked him to be patient as it will get better. I did a medial thigh lift as well but haven't posted pics yet.
Some husbands are so critical. They expect it to look perfect when compression garment us taken off.
How was the pain? Can you describe it? Mines coming up on 8/26 (along with an lbl.) Don't spare the details. People did that with facelift and I was not pleasantly surprised by how much pain I was in.
I only took pain meds for 2 days... I was in pain the first day, the second day I just felt uncomfortable. My arms felt super tight in the compression garment. My incisions felt itchy. I took arnica 30x tablets and used arnica gel to help with the bruising and inflammation. My doctor also recommended I rub my incisions with hydrocortisone and take over the counter Benadryl for the itching as well. It helped.
Thanks! Heading to Amazon now. Lol.
Your husband should be more supportive and less critical at this very early stage in healing. Scars will fade.

Great job!  You look fantastic.

I began my weight loss journey in 2011 when I weighed highest weight of 200lbs. I totally changed my life. I ate healthier and made time to exercise daily. Little did I know that I would have all of this excess skin!!! I was so depressed as a result. My husband was not very supportive of my wanting to cut off my excess skin at first, but he finally agreed. In 2012, I had a "Mommy Makeover" (breast lift with augmentation, and a tummy tuck)... part 1 with Dr. Jorge Gonzalez of Winter Park, FL. I was happy with those results and now am ready to move forward with my arm lift, and medial thigh lift... despite other people telling me that my excess skin "is not that bad".... to me, its quite unappealing. I am a Team BeachBody coach, I eat clean, work out 6-7 times a week and this skin was going nowhere!!! Ugh! Had my pre-op labs done. I was cleared for surgery and scheduled for 7/10/15. As the date drew closer I became quite anxious... and downright scared. Especially after googling these procedures on YouTube... but somehow, I mustered the strength to go through with it... and here I am. I am 17 days post op and I'm coming long pretty nicely thus far. Here are pictures of me pre-op and 5 days post-op. It appears that I had an allergic reaction to the steri strips my PS used (it happened to me the 1st time as well. My PS assured me he would be using a different type of tape this time time around... but it still happened). Anyway...More pics to follow.
