Hi Nicole , I'm so happy I came across your story,and I have been looking at your you tube journey. I am so grateful you have done this. I'm kind of sad in a way because I have paid so much money at a contouring place not even two months ago for the so called smart lipo(laser lipo) and have paid almost double the price you have paid for a full tummy tuck,and lipo. I went through the smart lipo because I'm such a baby when it comes to pain and have heard so many horror stories about TT to I was terrified to do it. A friend of mines I used to work with used Dr. Brian Joseph and I been looking up his reviews and this is how I found your story. I have been through so many surgeries I didn't think I could take another invasive surgery. I have five kids,and my last two was through c- sections ,along with appendectomy ,laser gallbladder,and just recent two years ago,a broken ankle surgery that was by far the worse . I thought it was my appendix,but no that was the worse . Can you please shed some more light to me. Since I just got rip off with all this body contouring because I did my upper,lower abdomen ,waist,bra rolls,hips,and lower back I know I got to wait until a year before I do a TT. The Dr. Should have just told me that from the beginning instead of just taking my money and I'm still not pleased with my results while wearing a uncomfortable compression garment all day everyday. Do you hear my frustrations? Please respond I thank you!

Its been so hectic! Im sorry im just now getting back to you... im so sorry youve had to go through all of that and haven't gotten the results that make you happy... im still so happy with my results ive gotten with dr. Joseph... i would recommend him to you and anyone else a million times over... hes so talented, just keep following my youtube updates and you can judge His work for yourself! The pain after is terrible. .... but in the end, its worth it 100%.... you will have no regrets ... i say go for it, and definitely go with dr. Joseph!

Hello there,yes I was beginning to think you forgotten ,but trust I know how life can get,especially being a mother. I was wondering how your pain level was,and did he also do your BA I was thinking of getting a reduction and a lift,or never mind I see where you say another doctor had did tour first one .

Yes a different doctor... i will be going to dr. Joseph for my breast implants... but giving myself a couple years off from surgery.... the only advice i can give about breast reduction is make sure youre at the weight youre happy with.... i was very overweight when i had mine done and then, years later and after all my weight loss, my breast shrank the smaller i got! I couldnt believe it! Never thought i would have this problem as ive always been big up top... even after my reduction i was still a DD.... now im a B/C and thats too small for my 5'9" frame... so ill be getting implants with dr. Joseph, i looked at this before and after and all of them looked really natural which is exactly what im looking for...and hes the only one i trust to do a BA after a reduction

Im doing really well... i felt normal again around two weeks post op... started using skin medica silicone gel twice a day on my scar to help improve its appearance. ... the close up pictures of my scar are my before pics and ill take after photos every couple weeks to see how much the scar treatment gel works....im loving my new tummy and getting lots of compliments! Thanks again dr. Joseph!

drains removed today

Today was my first post op appointment. I had the stitches in my belly button removed and both of my drains as well. dr. Joseph counted to 3, i took a deep breath and let it out as he pulled the drain out... i didnt take a pain pill before the appointment like they suggest, but im a trooper! ;)... its really not that bad....slightly uncomfortable, but not painful at all... and its super quick! Dr. Joseph is fun to watch when hes looking over his work... i can see him mentally patting himself on the back... when he was looking over my belly and incision i could almost hear his thoughts: "damn im good!" Lol... still couldnt be happier with my new tummy or my very talented and wonderful surgeon! So so so happy!

thank! I will definitely keep updates of breast augmentation when i do it...itll be another unique case for others to follow since ive already had a breast reduction years ago before the weight loss and babies... dr. Joseph will have his work cut out for him....when im ready...in a couple years... after 2 c sections and a tummy tuck...so three major surgeries in three years...im giving my body a break! Lol

You're looking great! I had an extended TT 5 weeks ago and breast lift after losing 90 pounds. I also had a reduction done 20 years ago and my docs had their work cut out for them as well. One nipple didn't get enough blood flow and lost the top layer of skin. It's 90% healed now and I'm very happy with the outcome. Good luck!
