Miradry Procedure Changed My Life

I have been a heavy sweater since I was in high school and it has been a source of embarrassment for me. First dates, public speaking, job interviews are all stressful enough, but I always had the additional worry of sweating through my clothes. My sweating truly affected me on a daily basis, from what I decided to wear in the morning to how many times I showered per day. In college, I started wearing prescription deodorant, but became concerned when my mother sent me articles on the cancer risks of the chemicals. Several years ago, I began getting Botox, which worked, but became very expensive to get treated several times a year. I became aware of Miradry through a magazine ad and called Dr. Diehl's office. They were great- I learned about the procedure in my consult. I had the procedure in early November, and I am happy to say I am completely dry! Halleluiah! My confidence has shot through the roof and I don't think I realized how self-conscious I had become about pitting out. I haven't worn deodorant since the procedure and I feel great-- plus I don't have to shave under my arms anymore! The procedure didn't hurt at all, and my plastic surgeon says she believes one treatment is all I will need. I highly recommend Miradry and Dr. Diehl!

1.5 months later...still dry

Wanted to update my Miradry experience. I had moderate swelling for the first week- ice and ibuprofen helped. I would suggest staying "ahead" of the pain even when you don't think you need Advil, I would still take it. I had small nodules the first few weeks and those are going away. I am still completely dry and haven't worn deodorant since the day before my procedure. It really is remarkable how well Miradry works and how much more confident I am. So happy!
