Right saline implant deflated after 17 years. At the age of 54 I knew I did not want to get another set, either saline or silicone. Decided to have both implants removed and not replaced. Thrilled with the results. My original breasts were perfect to begin with, just very small. They have returned to their original shape and I have my youthful body back.
