I had a LOT of fear and concern that I had waited too long for a Mommy Makeover. My two sons were turning 13 and 16 and I had just turned 49 years old. All of the photos on line I reviewed highlighted such younger moms with my shape and size. I am shocked with the results and would recommend this surgery! I would say that I was in decent shape before the surgery - very active. But after breast feeding both boys and natural gravity everything was sagging. Everything sagged. I was so ashamed of what my size 6/8 body now looked like - a beer drinking, pot belly... you fill in the blank. I am still recovering but am shocked how well my body has responded to all of this.

Dr. Howell was amazing. After my surgery, for some reason, my bladder decided that it did not want to start working again. My dear husband called Dr. Howell in the wee hours of the am to express my desire to die as I could not pee post surgery 8 hours. Dr. Howell met my husband and me at his office at 4:00 am to personally cathertize my still asleep bladder. My only alternative was the ER. Folks, that's what we call "above and beyond the call of duty."
