He said anywhere between 375 to 425 cc hp will get me to where I want to be ! thinking 400 hp is best for sure now.. the max for my diameter 12.5cm is 425 hp. 1 more week till my pre op.

Post Surgery Concerns
I live an hour plus drive from the surgical centre, and from friends.. I will pretty much be alone in the country unless my bf stays home from work.. thing is he doesn't get paid for sick family time like I would.. I am curious to know what is the absolute minimum I will need someone to be with before I can last 8 hours alone while hes at work. Any information would be great!

My friend said she was fine at home alone by day 2, but then my sister was not ok for a week. Depends on your pain tolerance I guess. Good luck
Hes taking off 2 days probably so I hope Im not a big baby! Usually I am pretty tough but you never know haha
I was able to do most things for myself at post op day 1. I was pretty much in bed for most of the day after my surgery, but still did not need help with getting to the bathroom, etc. 2 days with help would be fine in my opinion, as long as you are able to take it easy for about 4 days after that and don't need to be driving anywhere. It is helpful to have bottles left open and to keep plates and cups within reach.
Did you get yours under or over the muscle? Did you end up going mod plus or hp?

So your happy with the side boob situation with the HP!? LOL i want more side boob so bad..
I'm still waiting for them to settle completely, but right now I have a decent amount of side boob and cleavage. I didn't want too much upper pole, so I would say I look a bit between mod plus and high profile. They keep changing. Dr. Islur does not have his patients massage and does not put the implant totally behind the muscle, so they don't have to drop that far into position. It's great, because you don't get that square frankenboob look at your collar bone. They are taking a while to soften up tho because of not massaging. My husband is totally against me posting pics, otherwise I could show you what I mean.

You already have a good base to work with. You could easily pull off either profile, but the hp's will look amazing!
The Doctor said they are very well shaped My biggest fear is ruining my perfect tiny breasts and getting capsular contracture .. worst case is scars and explant I guess.
totally understandable. I always wanted the surgery, but always liked the shape of my breasts. I kept putting it off for the same reasons. but 2 kids later and my did my little beauties deflate! I am in my late 30 ' s and even though I enjoyed my boobs in my 20 ' s it would have been a blast showing off these 400 ' s before being a mom! You are going to love them. There are risks with everything in life, so sometimes it's just weighing out the benefits. If your boyfriend is anything like my husband, your boobs will rate really high on the benefit side - he is definitely a fan of dr islur! lol!
LOL thanks your comments are very helpful! My bf has hesitations and worries about how I will feel after.. his friend even said to him that I was going to leave him after I got them done. I said no way you love me for me and even with my wee boobies and I dont take that for granted. MEN!
I can see how he would be insecure with a friend feeding him a comment like that! Sounds like you'll have to reassure him a bit about that ;). Chances are you will look really good and some men are threatened by hot women. Other men will be checking you out tho! I'm told they can't help but stare at women's breasts whether big or small - lol! In the end they are just boobs and should have no bearing on the security of your relationship. Men indeed! They can be a lot of fun, so hopefully he learns to embrace them. I have a feeling he will!
