almost 4 months post op !

$5,290
Friday will mark my 4 moths post op.
I had my 3rd (3 month post op appointment) a few weeks ago and everything looked good.
My next appointment isn't for 3 months.
Incisions are healing, they're still quite red though, I apply bio oil twice a day and am starting to cocoa butter as well.
Nipples still puckered and hypersensitive. . hoping that goes away soon.
They still get sore after I wear tight underwire bras. I do a quick massage every now and then when they're sore but not much anymore.
the right still seems a bit higher but so far every things coming along well for 4 months in.
pretty much back to my old work out routine, just have to build up my endurance and flexibility.
Feed back is appreciated, would love to know how everyone else is doing.
happy healing !

They look great! Did you end up seeing Dr.Ziesmann in Winnipeg? I have a consultation with him in June for a breast reduction, and i was wondering how he is?

One month post op!

Finally at one month and I think I'm starting to heal but verry verrrry slowly. I have a terrible immune system so everything takes longer. I've been battling a cold for months now and I'm beginning to think it won't go away until my breasts are healed (because my body is working so hard to heal those already) ah it's so frustrating! Any one else having this problem?
Anyway they're still tight and firm but I think they're softening up.
I went out dancing last night and am now feeling some discomfort.
And I've definitely been a bit more active than I should have been, should I be concered? It's just so hard not doing anything.
Side note, I also went to VS yesterday to get sized and they told me in a 32 DD !! (They're incredibly generous though) but definitely made me feel good.
How long does it take to regain nipple sensitivity and will they stop puckering?
I'd love to hear about all your experiences!
Happy healing everyone !

That is good to know.
Weird about the sensitivity. It's so annoying
How far along are you ?
I'm 2 months post op :-) stay positive :-)
I'm looking to get my done in a month. I'm a workout fanatic too and was wondering how long until you were able to start working out again?
I waited 2 months but was doing small lower body stuff before than (like squats).
There's still discomfort though for sure (at 3 months now).
Try not to let yourself get too lazy! I definitely lost alotttt of sttenth and flexibility

2 weeks post op

2 weeks today, I have a lot of mobility back, not a lot of pain or discomfort in my breasts which is great BUT ..
I've had a cold for 2 weeks that just seems to be getting worse and it's sooo frustrating. I have a terrible immune system and have always been prone to respiratory infections so I'm not surprised. But it's interfering with my job. Terrible headaches every day - I can't focus. And my sinuses hurt a lot and the glands in my throat are swollen. Feels like a sinus infection and maybe strep. I've been trying to tough it out but it doesn't seem to be getting better.
Does anyone else have any similar problems?
I don't really want to go back on medication.
Back to the breasts- I keep being told they'll even out but I'm sad about how asymmetrical they look right now. I really hope they even out and my nipples don't look crooked!
I did some light lower body exercises for the first time today (squats / wall sits etc) which was nice, I hate being out of shape! Also have been cleaning and moving things around at work.
Still numb and sensitive. A bit achy.
Any input is appreciated

I'm almost 5 weeks post op. My breasts were looking kind of awkward from weeks 2-3 especially. I was really worried they were going to be stuck that way! But week four I evened out, dropped, and am starting to soften. I still notice some little things that I hope will even out, but we are our own worst critics!
Did yours look normal for the first couple weeks though?
Cause mine have been asymmetrical since right after surgery.
The left was slightly bigger before but I got a bigger implant in the right to compensate.
In starting to worry that it didn't fix the problem.
Glad to hear your recover is going well and you have great results!
They did not look normal at first :( I even posted a few pictures asking for opinions. One seemed so much larger than the other and they were swollen so they weren't really round either. It did sort itself out somewhere in week three. I hope that is what happens to you as well!
Oh thank you that is relieving
