So I just recently went for my consultation, I wear an a 32 in bra but I could probably even do a aa. I'm looking to be between a full c and small D when I finish. My surgeon and I decided on 375 cc, smooth, round, over the muscle, silicone implants. I will attach before pictures and wish pictures! I would love to hear from any of you ladies that have similiar stats as me or advice for me!

I am small like you and had 225 overs for my first ba. It made me a 30D from a 30A. I had palpable rippling because my tissue was so thin and thin tissue doesn't go well with overs, then within a year I developed cap con (another thing common with overs) so I went to a new doc and for twice the price of the original surgery I have 350 unders with strattice to prevent both cap con and rippling, and I love love love my unders. I loved my overs at first too because the recovery was so easy, but I feel like unders are the better way to go. By the way, the overs really really change your cup size quite easily and with your before pics, they may appear high and tight and huge (which is fine if you like that, just FYI :). I can still fit in my 30D bras (and 30F!!) with my unders even though it's 125 cc more. Check out my story. Best of luck. Just wanted to advise since you were asking. I wouldn't have gone thru with the revision just to fix the rippling, but the cap con had to be fixed and I was scared it would come back if I kept the overs.

BREAST AUG WAS TODAY! SOO HAPPY!!

So today was the day and i was really freaking out about going under the anesthetics! All that worrying was for nothing! I literally went to lay down, fell right asleep and then woke up with boobs lol! I was in a lot of pain when i first woke but a lot of that pain went away after they gave me pain medication. I am in pain now but this was nothing i wasn't expecting. The final size I decided to go with was 375 CC High Profile, round, smooth, mentor implants. i started off as a very small 32 A i could have possibly even been a Double AA. I was worried about going to large but its the day of surgery and even with the swelling i think i could have went a 400 CC. I was however told that i shouldn't go larger then 375 CC because the width of my chest is only 12 cm. Although i could have gone a bit bigger I'm extremely pleased with them! they are shaped exactly as I wanted! And considering i just got them done, i would say they look pretty amazing!! I will post a few more post op pictures for you all, as well as some photos i took today. I hope this has been helpful and if anyone has any questions for me feel free to ask. I will try my best to keep this as updated as possible to you can see how they drop, fluff and heel!

Hi! I'm about to get mine done and I am 5"3 112 lbs and A32! Doc said I could do 425cc but no bigger because mine measured 12 across too! Do you think I should do 400cc or 425cc? I am nervous about choosing the right size!

So today I went and got my drainage tubes removed and wow what a relief! My boobs are still extremely sore but getting the drains out made a huge difference! I also went to get a sports bra to wear on the days I have to work cause this compression bra hangs out of all my shirts. I was measured at D34 at Victoria secret and she said I'll probably end up being 32 DD once I'm all healed up. I thought forsure that they wouldn't be bigger then a C so I'm in complete shock right now, wow does a bra ever make a difference as well I'm absolutely loving the way they look in something other then a compression bra!!
