As a teenager I did have a full chest which I loved but I carried a lot more weight. After losing the weight I went to a B cup. Then after breast feeding my daughter, which I have no regrets doing, I went down to an A cup. I decided to go for breast augmentation and have no regrets. Mr Fazel did a wonderful job. They look natural and he advised me to go to a size that suits my body shape. I went from an A cup to a D cup. I've had no problems what so ever. It is sore and tender afterwards but that's expected. Would highly recommend Mr Fazel.

On first meeting Maisam Fazel, he put me at ease with his calmness and reassurance. I was able to ask him anything that worried me and wasn't made to feel silly. He is the kind of surgeon that isn't into making you look false. I am so pleased with the results. The aftercare has been great, I saw him every few months and could call him at anytime if I needed. A friend of mine has already been to see him and is also in love with her new boobs !
