Whats 3 days when I've been waiting 15 years.

I have 3 days till booby day. I'm not really thinking about the tummy to much as I've had two c sections and I'm just doing the tummy because I'm in for my boobs anyway.
My nurse returned my call today about my concerns of high profile. She has ordered me moderate as well so I can decide on the day. But she does assure me high profile won't project my boobs to much as I think. That's Exra high. So I'm still thinking about that one.
These next few days will drag like the last two!! I'm so keen to get this done now. I'm boob nesting as some would say :) preparing the house for return. I've been told I will have two night in hospital. I actually look forward to that.

35 Years Old I Have a Wide 18cm Breast Large A Small B. Will a High Profile Implant (265) Fill It Ok? Or Should I Go Moderate?
My breast is so wide. I'm worried the high profile may not fill it as well as a moderate. I have no breast above my nipple, so thought high profile will fill it better? Will it fill the breast ok? It won't leave a hang of my natural tissue underneath. I don't want the stuck in fake look, but I do want to achieve a good shap on top. Only 1 week till surgery I want to get this right.

I was concerned about the same thing( almost 2 wks post)...I went Moderate plus. I was a 36 small B. I got 325cc Saline implants behind the muscle and it filled me very nicely! The Dr says this should leave me with a Full C to small D cup. I love them! I would go with a Moderate Plus for a more natural look and a good Fill!
Thank you very much. I think your right. I've emailed the surgery to let them know. They will order both in and I will speak to my surgeon in the morning before I go down. I'm so excited. :)

I had a preop yesterday. I have zero concerns...
I had a preop yesterday. I have zero concerns about surgery as I've been waiting 15 years to afford it. I'm concerned about choice of size and recovery as I'm having a mini tummy tuck too and I'm a gym addict.
I have a very broad boob, my chest is pretty flat as all the tissue left just hangs under the nipple.
I wear a 34b but they are a little big, I'm in denile I could be a A.
Anyway. I'm going for 265 under mussel and high profile (in hope this will fill my chest better) but I don't want them to be obviously fake looking either.
Does anyone have high profile to this size? Aiming for a large C.
Maybe I should go moderate? To keep them looking more natural. But then I'm paying for boobs I want them to look good too.

Hey ...I am a booked in for April 20th. . 5 foor 2.. complete gym addict and going for 285 cc.. I don't want it to be obvious either.. just want fuller boobs as my 34b are looking sad.....
I'm hoping that 4 weeks off lifting weights will be enough. as I don't think I can cope with that.

I recommend you go at least 350cc. I'm 9 days post op and had the same worries. I didn't want them looking obviously fake for my small 5'1 body and wanted them to look natural, but didn't want to go too small either and feel like I've should of gone bigger. I ended up getting 400cc moderate profile and they're the exact size I wanted. Always go a little bigger than you want. It's a lesson I learn from watching so many videos on YouTube of other girls who had it done. Good luck!
Your breast are gorgeous as they are, you will miss the softness/naturalness of being yourself. don't do it...

I am preparing too.. bought pain killers .. ice packs.. senocot. . cleaned house and I am getting as much training at the gym in as I can..
