Mr Homer performed rhinoplasty on my daughter almost ten years ago and the result was absolutely great. She gained so much confidence and lost the self consciousness she had about her nose from being about twelve years old. I finally decided to have rhinoplasty this year and am in my fifties. I wouldn't have considered seeking any other surgeon and my confidence in Mr Homer was absolute, he explained why I felt my nose was getting bigger (it wasn't!) and what he felt he could do to give me a more feminine nose and he takes the time to listen so that patients are realistic and go into theatre with a clear understanding of what he aims to do and that you agree with his aims. Can't recommend him (and his anaesthetist) highly enough. I have had a number of operations and this one was the only one when I haven't vomited after returning from theatre! The surgery was done on a day to suit me and payment was straightforward
