almost a month out of surgery, doing OK. Had a allergic reaction to the steri-strip which set me back a little. Where the abdominal drains were removed are still seeping a little, more of a nuisance than any thing else. Still moving slow hopefully within the next week things will really be on the upstream. The breast reduction part went very smooth but the tummy tuck has been a lot more discomfort and healing time..

Best thing I ever did , we do it all over again. Just had dental surgery, the pain is more severe with it than the tummy tuck or breast reduction. Wish u could afford for more lipo on thighs and hips , that will have to wait
Hi thanks for sharing. What size did you reduce down to? I'm a 34DD and would like to go down to a C.

Had surgery one week ago and things are going a lot better than I had expected, The first couple of days were kinds rough but getting better and better each day. My biggest issue was that I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive tape, it caused me to have itching so bad. I was taking benedryl every 4 hours with very little results. I think I am going to be very pleased with everything after the swelling goes down. I have taken very little pain medication and feel like i am moving around good, still bent over a little but I'm sure that will get better each day> Dr Saunders was great....

I am scheduled for my surgeries on April 9th. Had my pre-op appointment this afternoon and feel better about the plan. My biggest concern was the 5 hours under anesthesia. But my doctor assured me that it would be fine. I was also concerned about my age. I am 59 years old, and have had 4 back surgeries and continue to to have major back issues. So this is the reason that I am going this route my neurosurgeon and chiropractor seem to think this will help. Has anyone else out there had both procedures done and could give me an idea as to what is in story.

Hi Kim, I'm also in Delaware and scheduled for my tummy tuck in December. Who is your surgeon?
Dr. Saunders, I really like him and he is very reassuring. Still biggest concern is the length of time under anesthesia. He does not foresee any issues. I will keep in touch and let u know how things go.
You will do just great! Please keep us all updated on your progress!
