Bruising is 99% gone.All life duties have been resumed!I'm still swollen,but I'm loving my new waistline :-) I'm still not sure about my back fat it doesn't look much better,Hopefully it will once the swelling goes down.

Wow you really recovered alot better than what Im used to reading on this site. What do you mean by all life duties are resumed? How about the gym? One of my apprehensions about getting the procedure is that I will be away from the gym too long and that scares me because I am the kind of person that #1 links my mental well being to exercise, if Im not working out regularly I basically hate myself and #2 if i dont work out, I gain weight. You look amazing
Hi. THANK YOU! I was 100% at the gym squats, burpies,crunches and planks,at 13 days post op at 7 days I did light cardio and weights. I'm also a cocktail waitress I carry lots of weight and I went back to work at day 9.The only thing I did maybe different was took 2000/3000 iu of unbuffered vitamin c starting on day 2 and I took arnica and fresh pineapple 5days leading up to surgery(none after) maybe something helped I don't know. Good luck:) :-)

One week post op

Today is one week. I feel great. Im ready to do some cardio 2mrw.Now let's get to the way I look. Hmmmm I am still bruised VERY bruised but is about half of what it was. I am still swollen but of course that's nothing time won't cure. I can see my waist is more narrow,I have lots of hope,I think it's gonna look good! How good?well that's yet to be determined. I Bought my spanks today 78.00 ugh! It's a lot more comfortable then the binder and it smoothed out the lumpyness from the binder creases.I know lipo is a long time to wait for the final result,but I knew that,I'm just glad to be feeling WONDERFUL! Fyi not one pain pill,just Tylenol!!!

you look great but you were skinny to begin with. Im glad you are feeling good with no pain pills needed.
Hey.Thanks for the compliment BUT i'm not really skinny I'm.about 5ft and just got on the scale and I was 125lbs,but forget about the size or weight I was turning somewhat square" the typical 40 year old spread" sponge Bob square pants lol..I m hoping to get my curves back. :-) :-) :-)
I am 1 week post today from lipo and ba. Not sure I'm happy with my lipo and I'm bruised as well. I'm hoping for the best. You actually look pretty good I may go and buy some spanks myself, this binder is uncomfortable. Happy healing.

No not yet, my PS didn't recommend it at my post op
I just started a circular massage .my ps is 11/2 hours away so I'm not going for a post op Unless something's not right.

Day 3 post op

I put some make up on today and drive to my girlfriend's for lunch :-) I am also going grocery shopping with my husband at Trader Joe's.so as you can see I'm moving pretty good. My skin is tender and numb to the touch, kinda feels weird,and pics are worthless cause I'm just bruised and swollen! BUT I CAN SEE A NARROW WAIST. Yay
