You look great! Did you end up with 325cc Mod Plus? Do you feel like they have gotten bigger since surgery?
Hi! I did end up with 325 moderate plus silicone. I have noticed a little bit more fullness, but I'm still pretty tight, so I believe they haven't "fluffed" yet. I'm very happy with the size though. I'm also really impressed with how manageable the pain has been. You should be fine at a desk job 4 days post op. I'm 5 days today and spent the majority of the day walking around the mall with my 3 year old. I even picked up some groceries at target and had no trouble loading/unloading the car. I took Motrin this morning and that's it. Best of luck to u! You're going to love them!!!
Thank you! Its hard to be set on a specific size since everyone is different so i think I will just leave it up to my PS once I'm in surgery. Getting so nervous now! happy healing:)
We have the exact same stats! What bra size did you start out with? And you look fantastic :)
Thanks you! :). I started off with a 32B from VS. I feel like I was closer to an A cup though after breastfeeding.

Quick update - 4 days post-op

Today marks day 4 post BA. It seems to be going by quickly, yet slow at the same time. The advantage of having the surgery in February is having nice boobs by summer. The disadvantage is major cabin fever! Right now it's 10 degrees outside, and has pretty much been the same the past 5 days... So needless to say, I've been stuck inside! I can't even go for a walk around my neighborhood. It' so hard for me to sit around inside! I've been pacing and driving my husband crazy :). Other than that, recovery has been going great. I am swollen mostly on the lower sides of my breasts, and also on my sternum. The worst day for swelling was yesterday (day 3). I've already noticed a slight improvement today though which is good. I have bruising under my breasts by my incisions (mostly on my left). There's not much aching pain, just uncomfortable tightness (mostly in mornings). I've started gentle massage. My doctor hasn't showed me what to do yet, so I googled techniques. It seems to help with the tight feeling. I'm going to see the nurse in 3 days. She's going to remove the outside stitch on each breast and go over massage. Looking forward to that appointment so I can see the incisions! I took a few pics today which I will post. I'm in LOVE with the girls. Absolutely no regrets.

Thank you for posting your journey! It is so nice to be on a site that ladies can post what they are going through. My BA is scheduled for March 31st and I can't wait! I have similar build to you and my PS & I have agreed 325cc HP saline will give me a very natural look. You look great:-)
So far I am really happy with the size :). Every day they look better! Congrats on booking your date. From 1st consult to surgey my journey was about a month. Now I'm just looking forward to them being completely healed. Best of luck to you. You're going to love them!
Thank you. I would have been able to book earlier date but we will be on holidays when they were trying to get me in. As much as I want the surgery I'm not missing out on Mexico! Lol :-) in hindsight would be nice not to wear padding in bikini top! That will certainly be great in the summer:-) ps your new pics look awesome that must be such a great feeling!!
I'm with you on the cabin fever! I always feel a bit like a caged animal come February. I figured might as well do recovery while we can't do much else up here :) You look beautiful by the way. Seems like you don't have a huge amount of swelling either. I hope things continue to go well for you.
Thank u! Swelling was definitely not bad. I do had some decent bruising on left breast by the incision. I am so happy with the results. You are going to do great! I can't wait to see your results. Here's to hoping spring comes quickly :)

Just a quick update...
I took one Percocet (325 mg tab) last night before bed and was able to sleep through the night! I slept on my back with a very slight incline. I woke up with very minimal pain. The best way to describe it would be a tight, engorged feeling (similar to the pain you feel if you miss a breast feeding or two). Once you get up and move around, the tightness subsides a lot. My boobs seem to look a little bit fuller today. I noticed definite swelling on the sides of my breasts (a few inches below my armpits), a little bit of swelling around the upper poles, as well as swelling over my sternum (which was very bony prior to surgery). I really do feel great though! My PS didn't provide a surgical bra, so I'm experimenting with some of the sports bras and bralettes that I purchased prior to surgery. So much fun! The one I'm wearing in the picture I posted is a very comfortable front zipper bra that I ordered off amazon.

congrats on the surgery!! O had mine done on the 11th too! I am feeling better today, but yesterday and the day before was pretty rough.
Congrats on yours as well! I just checked out your review... U look amazing! The difference between today and yesterday is big. It definitely wasn't a walk in the park... But I prepared myself for really bad pain, and was pleasantly surprised how manageable it was. I'm sure implant size makes a difference in regards to pain, and I was only 325 cc's. Congrats again! I feel like we did this at great time... Cute boobies for the summer! :)
Thanks! We did pick a perfect time frame. I was really scared to go so big, but I had alot of extra skin to take up. I think your 325s look perfect on your small frame. Ya summer boobs!!
