5 month pics

I can't believe it when I look at before and after pics. I know I still have a little way to go. But I am so happy with my results.

5 month mark

i am 100% back to my normal routine. I am so happy with my TT. I still on occasion wear my garment. Back at Fit Body Bootcamp! Hands up like a champ. The lowest my weight got was 143 after surgery I am now at 149. Goal is to lose 10 more. I did not have any issues after my surgery and I really think it was due to all the great info from this site. I had almost no swelling afterwards. I stayed completely away from salt. My advice for anyone thinking about a TT is take the time to get healthy, it took me 15 months. I lost 30 pounds by joining a Bootcamp, A very positive environment. And lastly do not feel ashamed some people are ashamed to admit they had this done. Not me I love not having to dress around my belly.

Advice for Those Thinking TT

my advice for anyone thinking of having a tummy tuck is take the time to get healthy and then get your TT. I took 15 months and worked out and ate healthy. I am now 8 weeks PO and it has been great. Not one issue and I think it is because I was healthy and ready. I am down about 6 pounds from surgery. Have started working out and running. Love my flat stomach.
