realself is a website to help others make educated choices and have real expectations as they decide to make cosmetic improvements to themselves. I referenced RealSelf for patient testimonies regarding lower face-lifts. Prior to my procedure I read numerous accounts describing both women’s and men’s surgical expectations, procedures, and results. In my opinion, most descriptions of a lower face-lift on realself are consistent and accurate. I did not chronicle my surgical experience as many realself members have. His work, particularly the stitches around my ears and on my chin are invisible. I have healed so well that I have not been asked if I have had “any work done”. I am more than happy with the results of the surgery; I have been told (from those with whom I shared this experience) that I look 15 years younger. My experience as Dr. Speace’s patient has been exceptional. My appointments were always on time, I was given individualized attention with all of my questions answered, and he communicated clearly and honestly to me.

Any elective surgery is an important decision; but investing in yourself, with the best plastic surgeon, is something you will never regret. I hold the highest regard for Dr. Speace’s work and without hesitation recommend him to anyone for any plastic surgery procedure.
