Hello all! Thanks for following my experience! I have to say having breast has been such a fun experience! There are quirks such as its hard to find petite clothes for busty ladies- just an alteration fix, mostly, or pricier bras. I'm happy to trade those "problems" to finally fill out tops and dresses! I just had a birthday celebration and wore a rather scandalous cut dress that only breasts could pull off. Yay!

As I slowly work to getting more fit I will continue to post images! I'm actually in the middle of Coolsculpting my flanks away so definitely follow my journey there, too!

Hello everyone. Thank you for being patient about my update. I didn't feel like the few months after my last post had any significant changes and waited until I felt I could make a better review thus far.
I noticed in my right side I can feel the implant move around sometimes. It's not exactly painful, just uncomfortable and surprising when it does happen. Since it's the bigger implant I'm sure it has to do with being wider with more projection. My doctor told me last appointment that there will be unevenness in my breast since they started that way, and I accept that, but I feel he over corrected my right side which was the smaller breast before surgery. I like the natural look of my left side, but I like the fuller look of my right, LOL! I think I would be okay if both breast were either the smaller or larger, but I dont like that there's an obvious difference. The right certainly has a fake look to it for me. This could be all in my head and I'm being super critical. What are your thoughts and opinions?
I started wearing padded, lined bras a month ago. I didn't see the doctor about it. My breast were starting to feel super sore after not having support so I went to Victoria's Secret again to be fitted. Surprisingly, I'm still a Double D. I tried on a 32DD since I have a tiny chest, but the cup felt too wide, like almost in my armpit. The fitter says I probably need a 30DDD but they don't have any in store. I did find a couple of 32D that fit mostly alright. It's a pushup bra and one is a regular but since it's slightly too small it works like a pushup, and I can't be overly active or it rises up. I put a photo of it up. I'm looking online at websites that make bras for small chest but they're all super pricey so I'm waiting until after the holidays to shop those and try then out.
I'm much happier with how I look in clothes and I fill out tips and dresses much better. I did noticed all my clothes pre-surgery have high necks, or halter style because I didn't have breast for anything else so I need to do some shopping for clothes that flatter my new shape.
I lost my scar stick and just got new supplies today. I purchased a surgery strength silicone scar tape and also an overnight maderma scar cream. It says I should notice a difference with a few weeks and to apply it for up to 6 months.

Sorry if you've mentioned this previously but did you have them over or under the muscle?

These are under the muscle.

I love how they turned out! I used the same implant as you, I hope they turn out as nice!

Thank you! I was a little fussy at first, but then I looked back to my pre-surgery self and I am soooooo happy I got them done! It feels amazing to put on clothes and have them actually fit. I feel confident and womanly rather than frustrated that I couldn't ever wear low cut outfits.

Just noticed I made a grammar mistake, I am going to use the same profile as you, my surgery is in January, really hope mine turn out as pretty as yours, I am probably more chest flatter than you were and I am going for 360cc

The smaller chest you sre and the bigger implants you get the more soreness you will have. You'll want to keep that in mind. ;) I was unlucky and had an allergic reaction to the pain medication so if you're not allergic then you should have an easier recovery.

I know, I am a bit bigger built than you that is why the doc recommended that size for me. On the other hand I am having cold feet about going for surgery :( someone posted a picture of her implants going to the sides when lying down, she was unhappy about it saying that they look creepy and I agree, the other thing that worries me is what if I’m allergic to silicone? Or if it give me the implant illness? The size of my breast bothers me a lot, but if I go through a surgery and something wrong happens then my breast will be small, the skin will be stretch out and I will have scars, all for nothing. I can hardly sleep thinking about all this. My surgery date is on January 20 and don’t know what to do :(

I think researching for the right surgeon is what will help you through your fears. I looked at a lot of example photos of the surgeons in the area and the doctor I chose showed that he had beautiful results for petite women. I spoke with friends who know him in the medical field (health trainers and nurses) and each one said hes an excellent doctor that is a perfectionist. I highly recommend that you dont settle on any surgeon and talk your concerns with the doctor you find. The right doctor will be able to give you knowledgeable responses. If you aren't confident in your surgeon than you'll bring your doubts into post surgery results. I'd be happy to take a photo lying down to show you what my breast look like. If there are other photo examples you need to see please dont hesitate to ask! We are here to help each other!

Thank you for your response, I chose Dr. Jugenberg, I trust him, he is a good doctor, the fears I’m having are for those issues doctors can’t control, how our bodies respond to the surgery and all that. I talked to his nurse on Friday and told her about my fears, she gave me an appointment to speak to the doctor on January 14th. Would you please take a pic laying down? It would be very helpful

Your results have turned out really nice. Noticed some nipple swelling in past pictures but that seems to have passed. Did the surgery affect your sensation permanently or have things returned to normal? How are you doing with softness? Could you post an softness update?

For those who are curious.

I pulled this off the surgeon’s side of Natrelle’s website; the implants are smooth and rounded with moderate profile. My left is 255cc and my right is 310cc.

I have follow up appointment September 17th so I’ll fill everyone in on any updates the doctor mentions.

New pictures coming this weekend! Thanks everyone or reminding me to get on it. ;)
