It’s been a long time since I have updated. Just incase anyone is still following I’m going to update. If not that’s okay- just move along. My second pregnancy sadly ended tragically at 6 months due to severe preeclampsia, and a fight for life for both of us. We had a beautiful baby who I will always love but sadly stillborn. It was horrific. Due to the extremely high blood pressure (220/180) I rapidly gained a massive amount of fluid. During labor I ended up hemorrhaging which lead to rapid anemia. Side effect of losing massive amounts of blood is also more swelling. I never weighed officially during labor and delivery. I can say I lost a full 15 pounds from Sunday night (funeral of my baby) to Monday morning. Guessing on that I had probably gained and lost nearly 45-60 pounds in a span of 6 or 7 days. I appeared very pregnant upon leaving the hospital no longer pregnant. Even more so than when I flow in 6 months pregnant. That really changed the shape of my breast and body overall. Currently I’m down to 133 pounds. So some pretty big fluctuations over the years. For those who care to know: I opted to pump breastmilk after our stillborn, my milk came in. I was able to for a little while. About 2 months. I didn’t make as much as the first pregnancy with a live baby to nurse. Milk supply was lower due to no baby to latch, how sick I had become, and my late start on pumping. I was bedbound for 4 days postpartum. I think if I had started pumping right after I would have had a full supply again. I had a donation source for my milk. Anyhow By about 2.5 months I decided to stop pumping and focus on healing my soul and body. The other mom I was pumping for had a healthy baby and her supply came in fully. She had a breast augmentation at the same time as me. She also ended up being an over supplier. I will try to find some photos from near the time that occurred in 2024.

Okay moving on to vacation in July 2025 I was being the fun mom. playing tag with the kids. Tripped while chasing said child from the top of a small hill. Straight to the ground running as full speed as I go. Landing with my full weight directly on the left breast. Holy he** did it hurt. The next two days I was sore. Something didn’t feel right. The implant was high and felt rectangular. No bruising, no blood, no hematoma. I had an ultrasound that showed it was a full rupture. I did go back to Dr Reiger. He confirmed rupture with a capsule now. He suggests a mini lift due to the more tubular breast due to all of life taking a toll. Explant and replacement of the implants. I have just been really busy and I need to get surgery set up.

Breastfeeding

I weaned my little a few months ago. I am still producing a very small amount of milk. I also just found out I am pregnant again. So follow along if you want to see how they hold up through another pregnancy. I’m still happy with the way they look over all. I’m 145 pounds now and about 5 weeks pregnant.

Sorry ladies not all of my photos uploaded. As much milk as I produce it’s not really a shock that they stretched some. He’s very aggressive when eating and tends to tug and pull. So they are a little more tubular than I would like at this time. I just try to stay on the mind frame of I am giving all the immunity and good stuff to the baby. It’s a small sacrifice. Breastfeeding is hard work. So over all I’m still happy with my decision to breastfeed and potentially need a revision once finished. I’m losing weight now too so it not a great help in the look of them. I am working out so we shall see if that helps improve the appearance as I rebuild my muscle. I got so big with everything I feel like had I been able to stay a little smaller maybe they would have faired a little better. It just wasn’t in our cards. 9 pound baby, double amniotic fluid and preeclampsia really skyrocketed my weight. At 8 months he’s nearly 23 pounds so the tissue of the breast just takes some hits with that kind of weight pulling at them. I would still do it all over again.
