Went to my surgeon and requested to get a non surgical nose job, pretty much get filler injected into my nose to minimize the hump look on my profile. I know ideally a nose job would give me better rests but I'm not sure if I'm willing to go that far yet because I'm scared to look like a totally different person. Doctor Sinclair injected Juviderm filler on top of my hump and at the tip of my nose, wasn't painful at all because I had numbing cream. I am very happy with my results.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I think you made the best decision in finding a non-surgical procedure to temporarily improve the shape of your nose. But remember if you want a long time result, you should research the Rhinoplasty procedure. With a Rhinoplasty, it is not about changing your appearance. It is about adjusting your nose that will give the best overall balance to your face. Good luck!

Sometimes YES, but not ALL Doctors make it better in fact some RUIN the nose !!

Totally agree. You never know what you will get -- there are far too many 'revisions' out there. Sometimes decades later when aging occurs and skin thins out the mistakes of surgeons years earlier are obvious, like bone chips left behind, weird curvatures, etc. I vote for the non-surgical route. Had it done to fix a messed up first surgery and will keep doing it. I'm in my sixties so no way am I going to go thru rhinoplasty again.

Looks great! I'll be interested to see how long it lasts and if you're going to go for surgery down the road. Enjoy and please keep us updated!

on May 5 was when I first got filler put in my nose, he told me he didnt want to put too much because he wanted my nose to look natural and not appear too big, so we agreed he will do a little that day and i would see how i liked it for about 2 weeks. This past thursday i went back because i wanted just a little more at the top to smoothen out my bridge more and i liked it alot better.

About my filler-
Juvederm has Hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring sugar found in the body. Hyaluronic acid works by holding in water at the injection site and acting as a cushioning agent. It adds temporary volume and a smoother appearance to skin. Juvederm is very safe guys!

I will post more pictures soon, i wanted my poke holes on my nose to go away first! :)

Really pretty results. How often do you have to do the injections and is it expensive?

you look amazing , can this be used to reduce the size of the nose specially the tip of the nose ?

I dont think it can reduce the tip but it certainly does help camouflauge any imperfections if your doctor knows what he is doing. :)

He did an amazing job! I've been wanting to do it for so long, what dr did u see? And where from

Terrible, the biggest mistake of my life. If I could give a negative star I would give them the worst rating possible!!! I went to Dr. Sinclair for Facial Feminization Surgery.
He left me with a scar on my right bottom lip from a deep burn that he caused during surgery
and then tried to deny he caused it.
He left my nasal bone ridge intact which shows then tried to claim” it’s not too noticeable”.
My noise looks the same as before my surgery and now with a new bump at the top.
My jaws are still square which I paid for him to couture. He tried to poo poo my still square
Jaws at a post surgery meeting showing me a picture of Brooks Shields and Glenn Close who both have
square jaws.
But what I’m really made about is when I smile, I can’t pull my lower lip up where her damaged my
lower lip from the burn and now scar.
Ironically I found out after my surgery that Dr. Sinclair had gone to Spain for Facial Fermentation
surgery training. At my last Doctor’s Visit with Dr. Sinclair he conceded they maybe he should have
done more work on me but refused to any additional work to make any corrections. He asked that I put
my requests in writing. To this date I have not heard back from him. I’m am in the process of having
all of Dr. Sinclair’s faulty and incomplete work corrected. These corrections are costing me more than
the original amount I paid for procedures performed by him.

If you are considering have Facial Feminization Surgery, I would go elsewhere. You have been warned.

After almost a month and a half my nose still definilty looks better then it was. I think on order to achieve the desired look i want which is a straight bridge i would need to get a rhinoplasty, but for now this is the next best thing. Getting this done has defintly helped me not feel so self conciois of my profile, becuase my dorsal hump is so prominent. As of now i am still happy with my results. :) I will post more pictures soon!

Yes! Every time i got a shot i heard a crunching sound in my nose like it would touch the bone! It must hurt withought numbing cream 0:

I have had Restylane 2X with no numbing cream. The first time it hurt; second time, nope. The second time was a touch up at month 3. It's not long lasting == a year would be GREAT. But I am old now and will play around with this rather than undergo another rhinoplasty to revise what a surgeon screwed up in the late 1970s. As we age the skin changes a LOT and things thin out and droop, etc., and bad osteotomy work (bone breakage) at first surgery becomes more apparent. Beware. So far I'm a fan of fillers.

Hi you look beautiful! I was wondering since it is now a year later, is the filler completely gone? I live in Whittier and I'm considering this procedure for my hump too. Thanks!
