375 Cc Saline Mentor. Breast Fed Children and Needed Some Help. - White Rock, BC

I had breast fed a child and was immediately feeling a loss on confidence upon weening and losing the volume in my breasts. I chose Dr. Pugash based on recommendations. I wanted to have more kids so i went with modest saline implants inder the armpit incision. I have breast fed since with my implants and have had no complications. They are very natural and perky still. The saline leaves a little to be desired and he did recommend that i get gels for my body type. I am still very please with there placement. I naturally have uneven breasts. My nipples are about half an inch unevem to each other. I asked him in i should get a lift and replacement on the one side. He told me that nature made me the way i am and that to put a huge scar just to lift up my nipple would be over doing it. He told me they look good the way they are and strongly suggested for me to leave them alone. I went with his advise and honestly they do not bother me anymore. The volume os wonderful and the shape. I will be going to back him in the future when my saline implants need to be replaced. He is very straight forward and not fake. He tells you like it is. He is all about his job. He does a lot and i mean aaa lot of augmentations and has seen it all. When he tells you to wait something out he knows what he is talking about. With him you are in good hands. He will recommend you go a little bigger because he sees repeat customers a year later always wanting bigger. Seriously consider his advice. I went smaller because i know i will have more kids. If that was not the case i would have loved to go bigger.
