I am now a little over one year out from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Ciardullo. I waited until now to post a review because I wanted to see full results before posting before and afters.

All in all my experience with Dr. C was positive. I didn't have a terrible nose before, just a slightly droopy bulbous tip and a small bump on the bridge. Being a perfectionist, I wanted a more refined face so I went ahead with surgery.

Surgery and recovery were a breeze. Honestly, the hardest part was not being able to breathe thru my mouth the first few weeks. Once swelling went down I loved what i saw.

Is my nose perfect, no. But I wasn't looking for an artificially fake looking perfect nose, just a better version of what I had. In fact, I liked the good doctor's work so much that I use him to administer botox regularly and I'm currently recovering from a breast augmentation and liposuction he performed last week!

It looks awesome! Thank you for sharing because we have the same "before" nose. I'm doing consultations now. I think I decided not to have them touch the tiny bump on the bridge because I feel like it will be tell-tale sign that I had work done (not telling the family or anyone). The Dr #1 said that if I just had the bulbous part "fixed" it would leave room for the tip to rotate up a tiny bit on its own... And that if he also "corrected" the droop then it'd look bad. (And he thinks i really don't have much of a droop or hanging columella-- maybe I'm crazy!) Do you know exactly what your doc did to fix it? You look amazing!
