Frustrated with Care Credit..

It's already been 13 days and I still haven't received my CareCredit card... I will most likely have to reschedule my pre-op and surgery -__- Has this happened to anyone? Experience? Thoughts?

Mini update!
Important information was sent to my house today!! I believe I booked my appointment 2 days ago, and received today. So excited to start stocking up on everything. I needed more items that I thought lol! I didnt post the rest of the paperwork but if you have any questions, please let me know and I'll answer them no problem :)

Yay! So exciting! I'm scheduled for August 13th. I'm so ready to get it over with! I'm anxious to see what your nose will look like! Your surgery is less than a month away! ☺️

Finally Got A Set Date!! ?
So I officially booked my surgery for July 21st. Yay!!!! (I know my last post said June 23rd. Still trying to figure all this out, forgive me) I'm really nervous but I have so much trust with Dr. Ciardullo already, I know he'll do an amazing job. Now that I booked my surgery, the receptionist told me I should be expecting some information in the mail really soon. She also booked my pre-op appointment for July 1st ..which confused me because I thought pre-op was supposed to be a week before surgery, but I guess its different everywhere!! I also need to get blood work done a week before the 21st.
Now all I can do while I wait for the big day to get here is get my much needed recovery supplies & dum dum lollipops. Hahah. I'll continue to update you guys!! xo
