My cast was removed and my nose looks thinner and tip looks higher and I'm so emotional my whole face changed and I'm worrying if the tip will go and my nose will Change or not according to my face idk so many thoughts going on !! Please any suggestion

I just recently had my nose done and I'm very worried my nose looks very up from my lips & I looks like pig nose I'm so scared if it doesn't come down I got it done on the November 4th. I heard doctor is amazing so trusted him more then any other plastic surgeon I hope I didn't choose wrong doc any advice guys
