It’s been over 2 years and I am very happy with my results. My procedure gave me the kick start and confidence I needed to achieve a flat stomach, which I had dreamed of all my life. It is work though I mostly just try to watch what I eat which is 90% of it, I never do it perfectly, and sometimes work out 3-4 times a week when I’m not being lazy. Just wanted to update my profile to give someone hope. I also love these temporary tattoos, was going to get a real one but chickened out; these last about 2 weeks and I got like an 8 pack for 11.99 and I love them ... I am living my best life thanks for all the support

You look amazing! Do you still wear compression garments? I'm 8 months and wear some form of compression some of the time.
