Truly Life Changing. Wethersfield, CT

In my early 30's, my eyebrows slowly started thinning and ultimately about 90% of them completely fell out. I visited doctors and dermatologists and had several tests done, and no one could give me an answer as to why they fell out. So, after a while of filling them in with powder and drawing them on, and then living in fear of water or my arm brushing them off during the day, I finally decided to research some options. My cousin had told me about this procedure she saw on tv where they can transplant actual hairs into your eyebrows. I was intrigued, so I did some research online, and came across Dr. Boden. He was literally in my own backyard in CT, just a few towns away from where I lived. I figured I had nothing to lose to go talk to him and see what my options were. After my consultation with him and seeing his office, I felt very comfortable that he could do everything that he promised and that it would really be a life changing procedure for me. I had become so self conscious of my eyebrow loss, that it really was hard for me to leave the house as I would have to draw my eyebrows on no matter where I went. When the loss started really impacting my day to day routine, I knew it was time to take action, so I scheduled my appointment. I was scared, but excited at the same time that I would finally be able to leave my house without any makeup on like I used to.

The procedure itself was long, but I knew they were taking their time and doing everything as perfectly as possible. I was totally comfortable during the entire procedure and felt in great hands with Dr. Boden and his incredible staff. It took me about a week to heal enough where I could go back to work, but the next 12 months were incredible as I saw my whole face transform by the growth of the eyebrows back on my face. It was amazing, and I slowly began to see the process and feel my confidence coming back. A year after my procedure, I can truly say, it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. It's made me a more confident and happier person, and for that, I am truly thankful.
