I couldn't be happier with Dr. Rawnsley & his staff - especially Suzanne! I have wanted to have my nose done for many years. Being the type A personality I am, I have done extensive research on doctors in cities across the country. I was extremely impressed when I viewed Dr. Rawnsley's website and saw his work I picked up the phone immediately to schedule a consult. The first available was a month away but I gladly took it. A few days later I got a call from Suzanne (who is such a doll I felt immediately like she was a friend) letting me know there had been a cancellation and she could fit me in the next day. I cut my vacation short and drove straight there. I was late to that appointment and every one since but they have never been anything but understanding and happy to see me. When I saw the imaging from Dr. Rawnsley in my consult I was THRILLED! Surgery was relatively easy (as easy as any could be) and due to his closed rhinoplasty procedure, recovery wasn't nearly as hard as I expected. The most important thing about my experience: MY NOSE LOOKS SO AMAZING!!! ITS BETTER THAN THE COMPUTER IMAGING!!
