I was referred to Charles A. Messa, III by a family member. She told me that Dr. Messa was an excellent doctor and she knew several people that engaged his services before her, and they were all very happy with the results. I do realize that Dr. Messa may cost more than the average cosmetic surgeon, but he is not an average cosmetic surgeon. He is an extraordinarily gifted artist and he is worth every penny. As they say, “you get what you pay for”.
I never felt scared and I always had the utmost faith in Dr. Messa’s ability. He is charming and has a fantastic bedside manner and he remembers his patients. He has a twinkle in his eye, and that shows me he loves what he does. You are never a faceless number to Dr. Messa. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and he tells you if you are not happy with the results, he will re-do them.
I was offered some plastic surgery at half the price that Dr. Messa charges, but I will not go anywhere else but Dr. Messa. I intend to have more cosmetic surgery and Dr. Messa will be the only one I will allow to perform it.
Dr. Messa’s staff is outstanding! They are caring, attentive and kind. I stayed overnight after my surgery and I was so well taken care of.

I also had Dr. Messa perform a mini tummy tuck 6 years ago, last year was a Breast Reduction & less than 2 weeks ago a neck lift. It's truly amazing how he is so Versatile in his talents. Most doctors are limited. I am 62 years old and had been getting consultations over the past 10 years for a Face lift. The feeling I felt from Doctors just never felt right, they were trying to upsell me on procedures I never thought about and wasn't interested in changing. When I went for my Consultation with Dr. Messa, I had a two fold consultation, my breasts were always large, but then grew into a "G,H" I am only 5'1 and they were so heavy. I decided to get the Breast reduction done first. His work is unbelievable. I just went for my first Mammogram 9 months post reduction, the tech said she has never seen such a great job. She wrote down his name & number. I am so pleased. So then it was time for my face, he said a neck lift would make a big difference and I would be happy. He didn't try to sell me any further procedures. He just asked me what bothered me about what I see. He is such a kind and very good listener to his patients. I can't say enough about Dr. Messa, his work and his staff. They are the absolute best! Oh by the way, I only took 1 pain pill for the Breast reduction the first night. I did take 2 for the neck lift, not for any pain but for the stitches around the ear were annoying. I didn't take any for the Mini tummy tuck either. Follow his regime before and after the surgery and you will heal unbelievably. My friends couldn't believe my recovery on any of my surgeries.
