I was tried of my saggy boobs so I was so ready for anything . So happy with results. DR. Mesa was amazing a true artist:). The first two days were the worst felt like an elephant sitting on my chest. Minimal bruising. He gives you OTC medication to try and prevent this. Within a week I felt like my girls were apart of me. I would recommend also getting at least 2 of his bras I found most comfortable. I gave me a full C. I was saggy B. He put in 345 Smr moderate.

Make sure you look up pictures and have an idea of how you would like your breast to look. Preferably a picture of the surgeon's own work so you know he could achieve it.
