After Baby Needed Liposuction - Weston, Fl

My review is mixed feelings...ill describe from my initial visit...Haizel who is the ONLY person who works in that office which I find odd seemed very nice at first. At first of course only if you take the price she gives you and hand her your credit card that is. After you dont do that shes not so nice. Anyways The Doctor is sweet and knowledgable and I hope he reads this because I feel like you loose a lot of customers because of Haizel. Shes unorganized, never checks up on customers, has too much personal issues going on. I find it unprofessional that your clients know ALL her personal issues she has going on..this is a plastic surgeon office not a hair salon right? Anyways so I did like the Dr a lot , we decided on liposuction to the inner thighs, absomen, back and a fat transfer to the butt. After going back and forth for a while on pricing because they had a price online and were going me a much higher rate we finally agreed on something. This is of course after 2 weeks of not answering my phone calls...professional right? Anyways i get the appointment set for the surgery it comes its all good. Afterwards I notice I have zero swelling, no incisions, no bruising AT ALL in my inner thighs..I thought Odd...but I will give it time. Well now that my lower stomach looks great you can tell my thighs even more than before and its very obvious he did not do anything to them. So I call Haizel about 8 weeks after my surgery she doesnt answer, I leave a message she then returns my call the next day. Haizel word for word tells me that its not possible he didnt do them and that isnt true.....WOW really??? So right there without even trying to resolve things between how I feel she is basically calling me a liar. LOL She hasnt even seen me since the day after the surgery and he NEVER CHECKED MY THIGHS at that Post op appointment. So how could she even know? She tells me he would never not do an area...I said well he did because I know my body and that he did not do it. I have no complaints with my butt, I am happy with my lower abdomen,....he could have done the top abdomen better but thats not a big deal but to say that I am lying on the fact that I know I can tell there is no difference in my inner thighs and shes saying he did them is just absurd. I am awaiting a call from the Dr because she basically told me she cant talk to me anymore about this and shes not willing to do anything so she said he would call me and hung up on me. Its very sad the Doctor is very nice but he has a "Officer manager" if thats what you want to call her that is truly rude. I would really not go here if I was to do it again I would have went to Dr. Salzhauer as I LOVE him and have had SUCH A GREAT experience dealing with him on my other surgery i would 100% recommend him but I cant say I would recommend Dr Harrell due to Haizel and the lack of follow up on a Client. I find it extremely unprofessional to NOT CALL your Client ONE TIME...Yes I said that i did not hear from them one time..they took my money and ran basically is how I felt. I am very disappointed and hope that Dr Harrell and I can come to an agreement of some sort because Haizell is beyond the most rude person ive ever dealt with. Oh by the way she wont be in for an entire week next week..so the office is shutting down?? Anyone ever heard of such a thing?? lol I will keep an update!
