African American Rhinoplasty

lovinglyme
WORTH IT$14,000

I have to give full thanks to Haizel and Dr. Harrell. Haizel assured my that Dr. Harrell is the best at all surgeries he performs and that I will not be disappointed with the results. She is such a delight! you will love her! As soon as Dr. Harrell (and Haizel) saw me, they asked me, "Why are you here?", jokingly of course. I have modeled for years and can modestly say I've been the beauty in the eyes of many beholders all of my life but I wanted my nose to be perfect. The consultation was perfect. I did not feel pressured and Dr. Harrell advised me what he knew was best for my "new" nose based upon the geometry of my face. He was (and is) precise and detailed and asked was I comfortable with his determination. Fast forward to the day of surgery. I experienced no pain and Dr. Herrell took more time to PERFECT my nose. One year and a half later, all I can say is WOW. No one knows rhinoplasty was performed however, I get stopped MORE than I did before in regards to my beautiful and majestic looks. I personally told Dr. Harrell, "I thank God, my parents and now you for my good looks!!" Wink!! If you decide to have ANY SURGERY (I also had a tiny double chin that he wiped out lol) with Dr. Harrell, do not second guess yourself. His prices are set the way they are for a reason. You get what you pay for and it's your body so be wise and choose Dr. Harrell. My mom is going to him soon and I will be seeing him after I have my next round of children for some tweaking. Call Haizel so she can get you to the Master of Physio Art. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! (I do not post photos based upon the nature of my career).

Beyond elated!

Dr. Harrell has hands and a mind blessed by God. I'm beyond elated with the outcome. I will be going back for some unrelated treatments. Anyone interested in Dr. Harrell should not think twice. He was my first and last stop for a reason. Haizel is phenomenal. She is Dr. Harrell's right hand woman and keeps everything in order. I appreciate them both. I'm very fortunate to have found them.

I love it! What all did he do i.e. Did you get an implant or cartilage graft, did he break your bones, alar reduction? Also, How much was your quote just for rhinoplasty?
March 18, 2016
Thank you so much! I had a dorsum implant, no osteotomies necessary, tip narrowing, and alar reduction. Quote was $10,800. Worth every red cent :-))

Yea, I would have to agree! He did that. It is perfect and that profile is awesome! I sent you a pm; please check your inbox when you get the chance!

3 days post rhinoplasty and chin liposuction

lovinglyme
Hello lovelies. So the surgery was on Friday. The entire surgery was 5 hours versus the originally anticipated 3 hours. The nose did not cause much discomfort. The chin lipo was more painful. There was not a lot of fat in the chin but the jawline was superb post surgery. The day after, my doctor was pleased. He cleaned me up and told me he'll see me when it's time to remove the splint. I've been okay except for being over the "Mayor of Whoville" look with the nose and the swelling. It's coming along and I'm staying positive. Thank God for a good support system. The pics I'm posting are the day after and three days post.

Lol! I think everyone either thinks they look piggy or like whoville, but I don't think you have either. It looks really good!!! I can see he built a really nice bridge! I'm excited to see the cast off!
March 15, 2016
Thank you. Friday is the day! Yes. My mom saw the bridge and was like wow that's what you needed! Lol. We shall see.....
